Have been to 7 stores in 3 states the past month to get an issue fixed to no avail! Can anyone trouble shoot a problem that is fixable? If so, let me know!

Went in there the beginning of June to trade in my daughter’s phone.Done it dozens of times, with no issues. I thought it was one of those times, unfortunately I was wrong. I was old my bill would only go up $6.
Told them that was fine. Got my bill today and it was $15 higher. More than double what they told me. When I called up and asked a supervisor at AT&T, I was told the store gave me wrong information. Basically I was lied to. And that it will be the $15 more a month not $6 like the store told me. It’s not just about the money, it’s the fact that AT&T won’t honor what I was told when I bought the phone. I’ve had AT&T for over 10 years and now I’ll be looking into a new cell provider. I don’t appreciate being lied to and just told sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s nothing they can do. So unprofessional. And the sells associate from the store, obviously didn’t know what she was talking about, and gave me false information. Overall a horrible experience.. We will definitely be looking into getting a new Cell phone provider

I can’t even begin to explain how aggravated I am after my experience today. I upgraded my phone through the AT&T app and did store pickup. I was told my phone had a crack so I couldn’t upgrade it because AT&T won’t accept a cracked phone for trade in so it had to be fixed first. Ok, so I cancel the upgrade. I spoke to the sales rep about “FirstNet” and asked if my occupation would be eligible. I was told I was eligible for the FirstNet program and provided the sales rep with my credentials. He told me my phone bill would be cut in half and I’d have the best service. I was there from 7:05-8:30pm after he assisted me with setting up FirstNet. I leave the store and go to call my mother, I had no service. I kept trying to call other people in my phone, still no service, nothing. I get home and still couldn’t make phone calls through my phone. I used my work phone to contact AT&T customer support and was on the phone from 9-11pm. I was advised I had to go back to the store to get my phone because tech support and a representative couldn’t fix my phone. They both advised me that the sales rep at this store “really messed my phone up and hasn’t seen this issue before”. After working all day, being at the store and then on the phone for two hours with AT&T with no resolution to this, is actually insane. I run my own business on the side and it’s our busy season, I can’t accept phone calls or make calls… which are things I need to do and now stressing out about this. Thanks AT&T for wasting my time, messing my phone up and stressing me out even more.

Everything went so smooth and fast. Got 2 new iPhone 15 pro max phones and a subscription to Direct TV Streaming. The sales person Hector was awesome! Thank you!

No waiting was help promptly.. was there for an upgrade , all my needs were met and overall I had a good customer experience.

What a nice experience I had there this morning. My mom passed away so I had to go and close her account. I didn’t expect them to have me laughing and help me out with my own account-Just by checking on things and improving everything for me. Thanks you two, you both certainly brightened my day

First I went in to upgrade my galaxy to the new pixel with a promotion. Had a hiccup with the promotion but they took care of it promptly and even sweetened the deal. Then Julio explained to me that my wife qualifies for the FirstNet line and that we could have better service and a discount for first responders. Went back a month later to bring over my in laws and wife from T-Mobile. Between Kenny, Julio, and the lady that works there(sorry forgot her name) everything was a breeze and with their knowledge everyone was able to transition to AT&T flawlessly. Highly recommend this store, the employees actually care and want to fix your problems! This will probably be my store for as long as I live here. Kenny and Julio helped tremendously and are great assets to AT&T! Thank you for everything

Hector at the Route 37 store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had an issue with transferring to a new iPhone. He knew exactly what to do. I would recommend this store

Outstanding service and insight. Could have sold me a product I really did not need (mobile hotspot). Instead, reviewed my plan and actually saved me money, upped my data plan AND provided me with a new phone. Stellar example of customer service!

Went in to swap out an old S9 Android phone for a S24 and was helped by Christa. Absolutely fantastic and exceptional service. Came back after getting the phone and she walked me through moving the info from the old to new and explained a pro- forma bill I received. It's rare that I write a glowing recommendation in today's world. Thumbs up!
