I’ve been having the worst experience with AT&T and everything started and this specific location, I don’t blame it on the workers but definitely the worse phone company there is, I gave 3 trade in phone each one worth $700 and it has been 17 months and I haven’t get my credits, I have call costumer service several times, I have even go to the store and nobody can fix anything, they keep transferring me to other departments and one of the times I went myself to this location the manager at the time just told me that there is nothing they can do ! So at this point they just stole me $2,100 and I can’t even leave because they would make me pay a penalty.

Joseph Bott helped my husband and I this weekend! He went above and beyond. Joseph found in our account that we have been paying for a phone line that we cancelled over 2yrs ago. He told me who to call and after it was all said and done the customer service rep and manager I spoke with credited my account over $1,500.00!!!! I can not say enough good things about Joseph and his impeccable customer service!!!! We will not go to any other AT&T store! Thanks again Joey B!

Joe was excellent but never explained the plan monthly fee only that auto draft I save $10 a month. When I was emailed the first amount and subsequent payments, I nearly had a heart attack. I cannot afford that quote. Unfortunately everything is emailed. I had to go back this morning and spoke to Kyle who explained this is an estimate which did not sit well with me. He said I will receive an actual with everything on it. My point I want to know what is being deducted out of my account. Terrible
