I was there today and the guy behind the counters name was Joe I believe , bigger guy with a pony tail, he was really helpful, and friendly. Anthony was especially helpful as well. Cool environment

I had stopped in the other night to trade in an XBOX X and XBOX ONE X. I have to say Gabby did an excellent job and has great customer service skills. The process was efficiently completed which I appreciated having my 5 year old son with me.
