********************* sent an inexperienced tech to check the a/c unit, his job was to open the vents and change 2 A/C filters for summer use. The tech came in unprepared, I did him a favor by opening the vents in all the rooms, He did NOT bring any a/c filters! (I had to buy 2 different AC filters from ************ My sister asked him to please review the furnace, which he did, then he told me there was a water leak on the floor in the boiler room, IT WASN'T there before! The tech claimed The leak was coming from a crimped elbow joint that a previous plumber, from a different company, had put in. BULL! I keep my tools in that room, I go in there quite frequently, I NEVER noticed any leaks! I sing in the garage daily, about 9 ft away from the boiler room.I have expensive amplifiers and recording equipment, IF I had any indication there was a leak n the Furnace room, I would have had it corrected prior to this employee \

We converted our rental property from oil to natural gas, JW Finley drained the oil, dismantled and removed the tank from our basement without spilling a drop of oil. These men are worth every dollar spent on their labor.The new system was installed and is as efficient as I expected.5 years later we replaced our A/C unit in our home with Finley also. The labor technicians are all so kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.Finally, when I need a furnace inspection for a C.O. on our rental property, our request was fulfilled within 24 hours! JW Finley has stood the test of time for a good reason.

I honestly cannot say enough about this company. I switched over to them this winter, due to a horrific experience with another company. When the oil prices went through the roof, David came out personally to do the dip stick check. He didn't want to top any of his customers off with a full tank. Just enough to get us through the rest of the winter. As of recent, my air conditioner, bought and installed from "the other" company, in March 2021, ceased up again. It ceased up August 30 2021, and then again on July 3, 2022.Two compressors, in a year and a half. I called emergency services and they came right out. They proceeded to chase down a new unit for me as I was still under warranty. The job they did was above and beyond. Everything was explained to me and what went wrong. They left no stone un-turned. They saved us right before the heat wave! It's not easy to fix someone else's HACK JOB! ALSO...THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE ALSO AMAZING! Converted from oil to gas and updated AC unit. Installed a gas boiler with little knowledge about the product. Very little communication amongst staff as to what needed to be done to finish the job. 2 1/2 yrs later still having issues with boiler. Had to contact the manufacturer to find local service center who knew about the product. Nightmare!!Services: Heating system installation

I'm stuck here with covid. Real sickRan out of fuel oil and they wouldst deliver because I owed them a small amount of money. Terrible company. Called Arina oil and they couldn't do enough for me. Even delivered late that nite. What a difference I customer service. Can say enough about them. Now all I have to do is get better!!!

Oil prices are reasonable, delivery is timely, but good luck with a service appointment. When you call, they'll give you a date and tell you to call at 9 that morning for a time. When the day comes and you call, you get "Yeah, we'll be there in the afternoon." When you ask if they can narrow it down, you get told "Call back at 12 and we'll see how the day is going." So for a routine service appointment that takes a grand total of half an hour, be prepared to burn a whole day.

I first contacted Finley when my previous fuel supplier failed to show up twice. I was very low on fuel and Finley showed up the day I called. But the high rating is because of John the repairman. He has found and fixed problems that caused others to give up and walk away, in both A/C and furnace. Came out on a Sunday to replace an optical sensor that was shutting off the oil burner after 30 seconds.
