Twenty-six years of shopping at Biglots stores was usually quite pleasant for an important factor: the ambient alternative uplifting in-store audio music until recently. The background music change at the Toms River location became unpleasant shrill irritating offensive vulgar trash. For this reason, I have decided to end my twenty-six years of spending at Biglots.

Today I rushed over to rt 37 after seeing their ad Up to 25% off everything in the store and 50% off Christmas. Well don’t bother. I was back and forth online at the check out to see what was on sale for what %. Candy zero off. Cleaning spray 12 cents off. Game .50cents off. Christmas food nothing off. Furniture 10%. Sounds like false advertising to me. I questioned the young man and he had no answer.

Horrible customer service. Picked up up an order that I put in previous night. I physically had half the order because nobody bothered to pull it. I asked if they can get tell me where rest of order is and direct me so I can get it. They told me to come back another time. Later on in day I find out they canceled half our order. The item that was canceled was the one I personally had in my hand for them to put aside until the get the other item. They said they no longer had my item in stock. They probably sold it to another customer. Lady should have put order number on it knowing it was mine. They wouldn't even compensate me. Nothing even after speaking to manager. I want something for this nonsense. Hopefully someone will respond to this.
