The guy behind the counter was unwilling to help at all. Told me I had to drive to the store in Lakewood. I called the store in Lakewood before hand and they said they’d try their best, but that the rude guy at this site was just pawning me off on them bc he could’ve done it. If you don’t want to help ppl, get a different job

Went to this place on Tuesday afternoon and we asked the woman if she could activate an iPhone 6s and she said no bc it was too old and then proceeded to ask if we want an iPhone and we said yes and then she said that she doesn’t have any and so we left and went to the one in brick and we ask the girl the same question and she said yes I strongly recommend to not waste your time coming here due to their poor customer service. It hasn’t been the first time my mom or my family received poor customer service. She gave us a bad attitude. My family or I will never be coming back to this place.
