Worst customer service. The women we spoke to, Linda, was incredibly rude. Just horrible customer service and I’m definitely not returning to this store. So I went here last night. They forgot to take the security tag off of somthing but I was chill about it just wanted to bring it back and exchange a few dresses because I got the wrong size. I had a receipt but the tags were not on the dress so I couldn’t return it. As soon as I walked up and asked for a return she looked at it said no you can’t have one there are no tags. She didn’t even try to help us at all. I pointed to the rack it was on and said I can just go exchange it for a size up. They still said no. I showed them the exact same dress and still couldn’t get a refund. I had a receipt and paid on card. They made it so difficult to return a $10 dress it’s embarrassing. I have better luck returning something to Walmart with NO receipt OR tags AND it’s cheaper. So thanks for the two dresses that were smaller than the size suggested, it will help encourage me to loose some weight.The part that was the most disappointing was I bought this last night, and they didn’t even TRY to help.

Boscovs has a large inventory of womens clothing and their prices are very reasonable. the fitting rooms are large enough so you can sit down while trying on clothing. They have shopping carts which I find very helpful when you are walking around the store with assorted clothes in your hands, Macys on the other hand does not supply the shoppers with any shopping carts, which I find to be very inconvenient. Recently I was shopping for a dress to wear for a wedding, I found a beautiful dress at boscovs and the price for the dress was excellent.

Update: I went back today and it is a super crowded clothing mess. Like going into a bargain bin. I was very disappointed. You have to get to an aisle to be able to see what they have! I was able to get a couple of outfits, but I didn't see myself going back. It was too big of a mess to enjoy shopping here.Love shopping here

Linda upstairs was so unbealivably rude complained told them she needed to be fired and they said well thats not gonna happen and i said it should im never shopping here again
