paid for 2 games of laser tag for me my daughter and wife to play. 30$, walked in, my daughter was too scared so we walked right out of laser tag. i asked if my daughter could just bounce around on the bouncy houses for a few minutes instead and they told me i had to pay another 20$. im not paying 50$ for a bouncy house the fact that i didnt even use the laser tag at all and paid for 2 games and they couldnt transfer it and let my daughter cry over it on their end was the cheesiest experience i ever had. horrible people there horrible experience.

I am very unhappy that we were on a holiday and after the holiday we were told that the children could no longer play because the birthday party was over. We were in different children's rooms if you book a birthday party, and after the holiday was over the children could play. And here they said that they could not because the birthday party was over.

Don't like the new owner shes not friendly i don't like how you can't use the wifi and u gotta sit there while the kids play she said it for protection you can't .from what the whole 100 dollars your place makes a day bc I never see more them 3 kids at a time .will never go back and I use to go once a week eith old owners

We just had our daughter’s 4th birthday here-34 kids, 2 characters, goodies bags, cake & decorations handled by the venue. Absolutely fantastic support in planning and flawless execution of the event/even loaded the car full of gifts! We are so happy with the party. Very reasonable $ and worth every penny!!
