With all due respect I love the place from the bottom of my heart. but what in the world is going on with the bathroom situation over there? I think it's ridiculous that you have to call an associate over every time you need the bathroom. And the fitting rooms, what's with those? Are they really still closed because of covid?

The store manager targeted my daughter not once but twice for running and used an aggressive tone while speaking to her. He proceeded to make condescending comments to another shopper about my daughter loud enough for me to hear. Kevin needs to work on his communication skills and learn how to speak in an appropriate and professional manner especially when dealing with children. My child is only 6 and doesn’t respond well to aggression. My shopping trip was then cut short due do the amount of tension Kevin was giving off. I wrote this post to bring awareness to parents with young children.
