I recently took my car to caliber collision to repair a significant crack on the back left fender of my 2018 Chevy Cruze , and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First, the Kristine was incredibly professional and welcoming. They took the time to explain the repair process in detail and gave me an accurate estimate of both the cost and time required. They even offered a complimentary inspection to ensure there were no additional issues. Make sure you look for TONY SANTIAGO he’s the best and even repaired the scratches on the back hatch.
The quality of the repair was outstanding. The crack on my fender is completely gone, and the paint job is flawless. It looks as if the damage never happened! They clearly take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. What also impressed me was their timely service. They completed the repair ahead of schedule, and I was back on the road in no time. Plus, they kept me updated throughout the process, so I never had to worry about the status of my car.
I highly recommend caliber collision to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Their combination of excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and efficiency is hard to beat. Thank you, caliber collision for making my car look brand new again!

This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the lack of communication and common sense.i had vehicle there for almost a month without them communicating properly meaning I was the only one who called them for check ups and lying about what was done to my car I was told my headlight would be replaced but they lied about them getting done as well as giving me my car back with the taillights not working properly and the general manager saying its not my problem when I dropped of my car with all the lights working properly even when they touched my taillights and removed them and put them back in its not there fault when I said this he said nothing which is crazy because if they never touched them they would still be working please don’t come her go anywhere else but here the star rating dosent match up with service LOW IQ HUMANS THAT NEED HEARING AIDS WORK HERE
