Alan is absolutely incredible at what he does. I got 3 bowling balls drilled and they all fit the exact same, identical. Amazing customer service and great prices. I will drive past dozens of pro shops just to deal with Alan and Rich. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

They were very helpful and informative. Made the selection process easier for beginners and it was cost effective. Also helped teach throwing form. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience at Carters Pro shop. Ordered 2 balls through his online website and the next day they came in. I enjoyed the fact that they took the time to walk you through layout options and explain alittle of the science behind the drilling instead of just punching holes in the ball. They were friendly and patient ensuring we where comfortable with the fit and feel of our balls before we left. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I received!

I highly recommend. I came in with an old ball I wasn’t happy with and he noticed the problem with the layout immediately and fixed someone else mistake. Had him drill 2 more balls for me and one for my fiancé. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the very speedy time frame he was able to complete them in. Definitely my go to shop from here on out. His prices are great also.

Best bowling ball Shop on East Coast Allen is very helpful and knowledgeable I drove 660 miles from Myrtle Beach to New Jersey that have him drill me a new ball that's how good he is

Alan Carter, owner, very knowledgeable about bowling ball setup. Will go as deep as you want in exploring how you want to setup your ball(s). Asks for feedback on how ball reactes compared to how you anticipated. Always enjoy my interactions with the "Mad Bowling Ball Scientist"
