I will drive to Brick before come to this location again. How to people have jobs in customer service. The teller just dry attitude. Can’t even get a how are today anymore or a have a great day! This generation is so terrible.

Worst service ever... charged me ten bucks and cost me an hour just to cash my payroll check. Do not recommend going to unless you have time to spare and money to waste.

Feb 9, 2024 1:30pmGreat staff. When tellers behind the counter were not busy, they walked into the sitting area and asked everyone what they were there for. If they could help, they invited the person to the counter. If they couldn’t, each person was given a wait time for a desk representative. Thank you!

Worst branch ever. ATM is always down, they dont have an atm outside. Only bank i know that doesnt want money deposited. I try but they just dont want it.

I had the pleasure to meet with Shaun earlier today to set up an additional business accounts with Chase. He was attentive, conversational and very streamlined in his approach. I was in and out in less than an hour with all the new accounts set up and linked together with my current accounts.

Get this......they have NO on-line security on evenings or weekends. So if somebody gets into your account, as happened to me, you need to wait until the actual branch is open to deal with the matter.

The worst Chase bank location I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude, not friendly at all. Ignore customers for long periods of time. I’ve given this location multiple chances and each time it’s the same, terrible. And Carol ? Is the worst there
