The food tonight was abysmal. 90% returned their mystery meat sandwich. My mother’s head…really?. Curtains were broken on the left side!

The staff is rude to the patients and guests and the social worker Ed is the worst he is nasty and rude. He comes off with such and attitude

Great Administrator and Staff. If you give kindness/respect and patience you’ll get the same back from them. My mom, 90 yrs., has been there for 2 months and she’s very happy. That’s what matters.
