I’m usually not this impatient but this pharmacy staff is painfully slow and incompetent. Took 5 minutes for the woman to even approach the counter and ask for my information. After I gave my insurance she handed it to a different lady where I waited 35 MINUTES yes 35 to finally get my prescriptions in hand. I was told one of them was taking so long because they couldn’t locate the pills on the shelf meanwhile this was supposed to be ready for pick up. Such a waste of my time & very frustrating. Would not recommend unless you have a bunch of free time you want to waste at a pharmacy.

Very bad service. Mary Jo the pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. It’s almost like she don’t want you to take medication. She’s in the wrong business for sure. She always has issues filling prescriptions. I recently went and she had like 4 issues with my prescription and wouldn’t fill it. I then went to Shop Rite pharmacy and they had no issues filling my prescription. I’m glad I now have a pharmacist that actually cares about my medication that’s needed.

Terrible service. Staff was nice but took 15 min to be seen by the only staff member working the counter. Only 1 person in front of me. Go to pick up the prescription and had to wait another 20 min for it to be prepared. This could have been done before we got there. Middle of a work day. Won't ever come back here.

Horrible service. Got a text message stating my medication is ready. I wait in a 45 minute line just to have them mess up and be told I have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour and a half.

We get all of our prescriptions and several of our vaccinations at this store. We are satisfied with the service we receive there.

Hands down the nest CVS in this area of Toms River. I would avoid the CVS at 1795 Hooper Ave as the staff there are not pleasant, and obnoxious. The CVS in Target on Hooper is 1000 times better. They are friendly, answer their phones and are happy to help out at anytime no matter how busy they get. The pharmacist is the best! She will answer any questions and she tries to get to know her clients as well. Even though this store closes a little earlier than the stand alone CVS and does not have a drive through it is a fair trade off since the staff are hands down amazing and so much better than the staff at the store at 1795 Hooper Ave.

The woman answering the phones needs a different job as she is inept, incapable & unsat. After being on hold for 12 minutes I hear her pickup but then hangup. Are you joking me after being on hold that long? So I called back and after being on hold 8 minutes I asked if they had something in stock and instantly says "no", with no follow up as in "We don't have any now but we might be getting some in blah blah blah.". Just plain "no" & then dead air. I then ask if her she knows when they're getting more and I get the same response as the first time, "no". Thanks lady for going out of your way to be a miserable dolt on the phone. Now I will never use this CVS again. The pharmacists is proll cool but the person they pay $12/hr to answer the phones just made me mad so now I'll let other potential customers know not to bother with this place.BTW - I was there at 9:45 am and the weren't open (shed door was down). I waited until 10:05 am & still not open. Then I heard a voice say "I think the pharmacist called out sick so they are looking for someone else to cover." Yeah, nice system you have.

Flow team head etl is a sexist, judgmental j*** who thinks she' owns the store. She also has no patience The leads under her are junkies who live behind liquire stores and have smelly greasy, dirty body and hair.

These people are just the slowest people on earth, along with their rude attitude makes this place less than a desirable place to get your meds. I would rather buy my drugs from some shaman, then these clowns.
