This is the best CVS location that exists. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and warm. The store staff is ok. They have such a large store and sooo many things to choose from. It’s always stocked well and looks clean and neat. Although lately I’ve been noticing there have been huge delays in prescription fills. This store seems like it needs more staff. As an instacart employee, I recently visited this location for a customer order at 4-5 am. I shopped for my items and once done asked the pharmacy technician if I could use the restroom. He looks at me and states, "we do not have a public restroom available, it opens at 9am" I'm confused at this, what if a mom or Any customer in general had to use the restroom at 5-6-7-8 am etc... Aren't we paying customers? Horrible experience and extremely rude and racist employee. Will never shop here ever again...I'll take my platinum status instacart business elsewhere...

Temporary 5 star review for attention. Only temporary because everyone else is always so nice and kind here! I was in shock! I went today to CVS Baniaer and there was this terribly rude woman who assisted me at the drive through around 11am. Middle aged brunette with a major attitude. I kindly pulled up, smiled and said how are you and she just stared at me. then I explained something on my app and she looked at me like I was crazy and said I have no idea what that means with the nastiest attitude. Then looked me up in the system and continued to make a scene claiming she has no idea what I’m talking about. I was simply asking her to expedite my scripts since I am here waiting. She couldn’t take a moment to simply try to understand what I was saying - I truly couldn’t believe how she was talking to me. She should be held responsible for dealing with the public like this. I get the desire to be rude to customers who are screaming at you but I am always kind to everyone and there was no reason for this.

Today at 10 pm I went shopping and I met the very nasty cashier, first she didn't want to serve me, she said that I have to use the machines that her computer didn't work....????a police officer arrived and she told him I can serve you in the register...??? As a customer of that store I should be served well, they should train her well and provide good customer services and for equality, because I am Latina I don't have the right to be well served? that's called racism..

We live in a senior community. This CVS is located at the outer area of this community. When we move in to our new home we purchased all our prescriptions at this location.
We were getting our scripts filled for about a year. I then realized we were being over charged. I call my insurance provider and asked how much my script should cost. I was being over charged approximately $11.00 for just one script. SENIORS/NEIGHBORS PLEASE BE AWARE.

The automated system that they have for the pharmacy department is no good at CVS calling you want to speak with a pharmacist or somebody who works there not a recording needing to know about your prescriptions shouldn't have to have people waiting for a phone call back you should be able to have somebody pick up the phone and help somebody this automated system you have going does not work for me or other people please look into trying to fix it and help people the right way when it comes to people's lives and medication they need to know what it's about and when they're getting it there is a lot of people that work there that are very helpful and go the extra mile when you're in the store to help you with your needs I understand that they're very busy and this automated system you think maybe working good to help them but maybe hire some other people to help take the load off the ladies that work hard there Thank you.

Nothing to really share here. Its what you would expect. If you're not picking up a prescription chances are you will have no interactions with a human being. If you make a purchase, there are 3 or 4 self checkouts, one of which doesn't mind real money. The doors are automatic - should that be beneficial fo you.

I give it a 5 star Rating ...I do agree on needing more help for sure . The 2 ladies that work very hard there can use some recognition no matter how busy it is they are never snotty ...they are always mindful of my needs they go above and beyond never making me feel as if I'm bothering them in which I've had that happened in the past at other stores... Jan and Melinda are very sweet pleasant woman giving everyone the upmost respect always. They could use like 4 more of them to help lighten the load . At times it feels like forever getting your medication due to high volume of customers.i know people do have complaints about how they may be slow but sometimes the doctors offices don't always call things in right away like they say they do. I've actually seen that first hand so cant always blame the pharmacy . But yeah I really needed to give them the recognition they deserve it's been well over due and anyone else that I may have missed it's only bc I didn't get your name . Thank you for always giving me quality service N.R.
