The WORST CVS location EVER. OLD, DIRTY. Understaffed Pharmacy 30 minutes wait time is the norm. STAFF is friendly but overworked and under staffed. This is not a new situation at this location. If I did not to come I would not, but some family changes I cannot make. CVS =Consumer Vexed Sucks

Don’t get your meds here. Rude staff who ignore the customers. I appreciate they are very busy, I appreciate this job requires concentration, but when you have people waiting for their meds, acknowledge them, use your words as kindergarteners are taught to do, and speak to the customer. The pharmacist left me standing for ten minutes when I went to pick up meds that the Dr sent in hours prior. Asked twice if I was there for pick up but he did nothing when I said “yes I am” , told the assistant to serve the person in the drive through instead. I had called three hours prior about the coverage and price. No reply. So I went in person. When there I asked for one med to be processed through a coupon for $20 saving. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes to reprocess and they were leaving for lunch in 10. I had already waited 10 minutes for them to just acknowledge my presence. So I waited. Went back in 45 minutes later (15 minutes anfter their lunch) and he had not processed the new price. The staff walked around searching for my med then finally the pharmacist said “it’s over here”. Then -“oh yeah I was supposed to reprocess it, hold on.” He had forgotten while he was sitting there returning phone calls…though had not returned mine from 4 hours earlier. So 4 minutes later it was done. One hour and 4 minutes from when I first asked. If it truly only took 4 minutes to get this processed, why did I have to sit in my car, while I was sick, waiting for the inhaler so I could breathe! Why did he not take a few minutes to handle it when I was standing there for 15 minutes the first time. Rude, stubborn, and uncaring. No regard for people, no urgency in their tasks. And they could not care less about the line of people just trying to pick up meds. They don’t look you in the eye! No customer service, no basic human decency. DO BETTER CVS. Live by your own slogans and actually start caring about people.

Nice place to shop pharmacy is ok wish they would open at 8 with the rest of the store would be so much nicer place to shop

The pharmacy at this store is horrible !! When ever I call and need to speak to someone they are rude and do not know how to speak to people and always seem stressed out .if these reps can’t handle the pressures of working in a busy store perhaps they are in the wrong position or CVS management should hire more help.

I was on hold for over 10 minutes while trying to speak with a pharmacist to see if they would be able to fill a prescription that a different CVS was not stocked with. No one was answering the phone.

Tried to get a prescription renewed. Pharmacy said I needed the prescibers' approva - no renewals left. Actually original prescription had 2 renewals within 6+ months. Had to get prescriber to call to straighten them out. Not the first frustrating experience.

The female pharmacist at the drive thru window was not taking her job seriously and having side conversations and laughing with a coworker while I was trying to get my prescription and was overall rude

Pharmacist Karen was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I needed help with my prescription!The girl who checked us out at the pharmacy cash register was very friendly!!

The people in the pharmacy department have terrible people skills and have a terrible attitude they seam annoyed every time you ask them a question they really need a supervisor that is going to address these issues worst pharmacy ever

Don't bother filling a prescription here. They're never ready when they say they will be and even when you receive a text message saying the prescription is available, it's not. I've been waiting for the same prescription for 6 days now...I've driven there twice (after calling and being told it's in), waited 20 minutes and it's not there.This is the largest waste of a pharmacy. Good luck.

The Pharmacy NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! My 95 year old mother lives alone, doesn’t drive and needs her meds and CVS pharmacy needs to be more responsive so the elderly can get their prescriptions!!

Waiting 2 days now for a call back on a medication that is out of stock.. after waiting in line for a half hour to be told prescription is “Not Ready”. … then, drove back, and then was told the medication is “out of stock”. I’m going to try Walgreens.. hopefully it can’t be worse!Update.. never received call advising prescription was ready…. CVS?
