Drivers for this company do not care how they handle your vehicle. When the driver turned my vehicle it sounded like he turned the key very hard and immediately started backing up without allowing the engine to properly engage and the engine made a weird noise as he continued to back it up . When I asked the driver why didn’t he allow the engine to start properly he said that was not his problem. Be ware of this company especially if you have a high end vehicle

My vehicle broke down recently and was lucky to stumble upon Miles Murphy from Diamondback Towing. Miles was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and handled the situation with care and expertise. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Inexperienced drivers and very careless. Unloaded my truck by rolling it off the bed into a tree causing a lot of damage. Truck should have been winched down the bed, not unhooked and rolled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Our car died suddenly in the middle of the road, and we were referred to Diamondback Towing by GEICO roadside assistance. Miles helped us tow our car and gave us really helpful suggestions to handle repairs that will end up saving us money. He was also great company during the ride!
Miles provided exceptional service and did way above and beyond what we expected and made our negative experience into one where I’m not even that upset to not have a car for a while because we appreciated his help so much!!

I was referred to Diamondback Towing when using GEICO’s roadside assistance feature. They could have just towed the car and moved on but he was able to get it started, tell me it was the battery and directed me towards the best way in solving my problem. From the dispatcher to the driver, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys.
