Very horrible experience…ordered online for my stepdad birthday got a call from them saying their systems is down and they can’t make any deliveries. Asked for my refund and was told they couldn’t because the system was down but when they back ip and running they she would do so.2 days pass nothing. I call and leave a voicemail still no call back. Took my mom to go in person to see what is really going on only to find the store was open but empty no fruits know nothing inside the store not even management just the worker. Who then calls a person on the phone and she being to say oh I was going to call her back and we did refund her. Which they didn’t at the time. Later I check the refund went through only for them to charge my card again in a different date from when I tried to purchase the products. I don’t know what this company has going on, but I feel like it’s a scam. I would never purchase anything or recommend anyone to purchase anything from this location.

Very disappointed!! The fruits weren’t fresh at all. The whole display was a mess and sticky. I would not recommend this branch.

I would NOT recommend this location. I ordered a same day delivery of a sympathy basket, paid extra for same day delivery. (After a prior bad experience with this location, i said i would never order from them again. Shame on me for giving them a 2nd try.) I noticed the order was received but wasn't started by mid afternoon I called to inquire on the status, at which time the owner proceeds to tell me that "she was just going to call me her truck broke down". Funny I ordered almost 1 year prior and the SAME EXCUSE was given. She then tells me complaining will do me no good because they are franchises, individually owned. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this establishment or any others she may own. Poor customer service. Very disappointing. If you can't do same day deliveries then it shouldn't be offered!! Never had a problem at the Manahawkin location. It's a shame you can't order from your choice of locations being stuck with this Tomsriver one will I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

Saved the day! Placed an order online and that was not delivered via another company on time and as promised. I called this location since it’s local to the recipient and Maria was so friendly and kind and 2 hours prior to closing she promised to deliver a fruit tray and a ballon. She did just that, not only did she put together a wonderful arrangement and delivered it she was also so honest and applied a discount and didn’t try to rip me off since I was in a pickle. I am so thankful there are truly wonderful people out there who care about customers and customer service and will be calling this store direct to place any future orders! Thanks again!

Sent fruit basket to my parents for their 65th wedding anniversary as they had a celebratory brunch with some friends and family there. Didn’t get to their house until after 4:00 pm even though I submitted the order days before! Anniversary celebration was over by then so nobody got to see or enjoy it and parents practically getting ready to call it a night! Called the store and the women was rude and could have cared less. I hope the fruit stays good for tomorrow when at least they can eat it! Ps ordered these before with different stores and they were delivered by 1:00pm on both occasions!

I ordered a cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberries for my mom on Mother’s Day. The strawberries were moldy but the cheesecake was good. And I don’t like how if I call I can’t speak to a representative it says the same thing I would really like a refund for all of that and exactly how expensive it just for 3 cheesecakes.

I really like gifting people edible arrangements. The problem with this location is they literally do not pick the phone what so ever. They have a voicemail that says “we’re experiencing a high call volume” and then after that says their mailbox is “full”. So unprofessional for this business to never pick up the phone if you have any comments, questions, or concerns. Other than THAT. The edible arrangements they send are very presentable and fresh. My friends/family are always happy with what they receive.

The driver did t even knock on the recipient’s door when delivering. Much her and my disappointment the fruit was warm, chocolate covered ones were melting, fruit falling off the sticks, and juice in the bottom of the packaging. As of the order had sat out in the sun. However, the recipient called and was able to get through to the store to report. The store had a fresh order made and delivered. Much appreciated.

Google said the store was open. I drove to the store and it was closed. The sign on the door said Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Very disappointed with the fruit arrangement that was delivered today from Edible Arrangements on 166 in Toms River. I ordered the "Delicious Daisies" @75.99. The fruit was horrible! Both melons had no taste what so ever. Pineapple was sour and hard. Strawberries were just okay. For the price I paid feel the selection in fruit could of been a lot better. The arrangement was very small with limited fruit. Definitely would not recommend
