I really like gifting people edible arrangements. The problem with this location is they literally do not pick the phone what so ever. They have a voicemail that says “we’re experiencing a high call volume” and then after that says their mailbox is “full”. So unprofessional for this business to never pick up the phone if you have any comments, questions, or concerns. Other than THAT. The edible arrangements they send are very presentable and fresh. My friends/family are always happy with what they receive.

The driver did t even knock on the recipient’s door when delivering. Much her and my disappointment the fruit was warm, chocolate covered ones were melting, fruit falling off the sticks, and juice in the bottom of the packaging. As of the order had sat out in the sun. However, the recipient called and was able to get through to the store to report. The store had a fresh order made and delivered. Much appreciated.

Google said the store was open. I drove to the store and it was closed. The sign on the door said Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Very disappointed with the fruit arrangement that was delivered today from Edible Arrangements on 166 in Toms River. I ordered the "Delicious Daisies" @75.99. The fruit was horrible! Both melons had no taste what so ever. Pineapple was sour and hard. Strawberries were just okay. For the price I paid feel the selection in fruit could of been a lot better. The arrangement was very small with limited fruit. Definitely would not recommend

While delivery was on-time, the delivery person couldn't wait about 4 minutes for me to get to the door and I noted this in the order when I placed this (I work from home in a basement office and can't always immediately get the door). Have it on video. Aside from that, the item went right into the fridge because the recipient wasn't here yet. When she opened them the look of disappointment was plainly obvious. It looked like it had been frozen and later thawed because the strawberries were soft and going bad. The cups were stained with condensation and some juice. I didn't think to look at reviews here first as I've only recently returned to this area after nearly 30 years and had nothing but a great experience with the location I used to deal with for the last 10 years or so. Customer Service is S-L-O-W to respond and is also a new experience for me. Dipping fruit isn't hard and I could've done it myself, but you pay for the convenience and presentation especially at this time of year. Lesson learned.

This was a nightmare. Ordered an arrangement for my son and some of the fruit was so old the strawberries were oozing into the cookies and both were not edible. How embarrassing! Spoke to the store owner who said too bad. I have several stores and never had a problem! Well, you do now and your not doing anything about it! Bad Business, bad fruit, bad all the way around! For the prices they charge, they should have done something! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered my mom a Mother’s Day bundle and then paid an extra 29.99 to add flowers to be delivered and she only got the fruit bundle and balloons that I paid 89.99 for I just called the number twice and no answer.

My arrangement was dropped off at my door at 10 am . They did t even knock on my door or call . The business stressed that they needed my phone number but never used it to notify my arrangement was delivered . It was left in direct sunlight . A neighbor captured the delivery on his video . No answer at the store either . So sad that a friend went through the expense and careful thought to have a business operate like this .

Never waste your time and money buying from these thieves. The arrangement was TINY! There was very little on it. The melon was hard and far from ripe. The rude person that delivered it went to the wrong address. He told me that the person that ordered this did not know my address. My wife purchased this, and I'm certain that she knows where she lives. When I gave him the correct address, he argued with me about the address. And somehow the item got smaller and the price doubled. For example, my wife was told the balloon was included, and they charged for it. A $45.00 bouquet ended up costing almost $90.00. You can do a LOT better than this place. Go somewhere else.

Had a box of free choc covered strawberries given to me by the company. I wanted white choc, but the store told me I could only get the semi-sweet and I wanted the white choc.. Overall the strawberries were very good and the woman that took my order was nice. The reason I got the free box was because I ordered from them for my mother and they forgot the flower's that was suppose to come with the strawberries. Thank you Edible Arrangement's..

They shorted my order by an item (Godiva chocolates) that I paid $29.95 extra for then refused to give me a refund. I always love to spread the word especially when it comes to hard working people. Read my profile and you will see that I do. But this franchise owner is a dishonest business person. If you could do business with a different store or skip out on it all together I would suggest not spending your hard earned money here. She tried to blame it on corporate but she is a franchise not cooperate owned so if they wanted to substitute anything on my order they should have called me directly.

Order says delivered, I checked my cameras The delivery guy drove by 3 TIMES AND DID NOT STOP. So where is our order?? Did the driver just give it to someone on our street?? Seems to be a theme today, no deliveries and no one answering the phone. Great way to run a business. Wow you have a lot of complaints definitely not going to order from this business again.
