Avoid at all cost. This is the worst experience I've ever had with over 20 years of financial services experience. They were extremely unresponsive and when they did respond, the excuses for the delays were absolutely ridiculous! I'm not sure how they even stay in business!

Worst experience of our lives. Basically everything that the person (who works part time only) who handled our account was telling us the opposite happened. After 8 month of working with them, and them telling US everything was perfect on our end, they denied our mortgage 2 days before the set closing. At this point we where living in a hotel. We had sold our property since according to Family First everything was good on our end. I posed another review with the BBB and was contacted by Mrs Lovelace their code enforcement person. She was incredibly rude in our email and basically put everything on us. I have all the emails saved up with this company. All of the emails say we are all good to close. This company will completely waist your time and money.

I was referred over from my agent. Sara was honest, transparent, and guided me throughout the entire process. She was patient to answer my questions as this was my first experience financing a home. It's a complicated process but Sara and her team have the tools and knowledge to make the process as pleasant as possible. Two Thumbs Up !

The biggest roadblock with most companies is communication; however, this is certainly not the case with FFF. They communicated clearly and promptly with me throughout the entire funding process. I could not have asked for a better experience. All of their staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They truly made my home purchase a pleasurable experience, and I am eternally grateful (and blessed).

BUYER BEWARE!!!Tried giving 0 stars but unable to do so!Worse experience ever.Please don't give this company your hard earned money. They will do whatever it takes to get you approved even if it means doing things outside of a code of ethics. I am now having to pay money out of my pocket due to an error they caused. Cindy Moore initially told me she would handle the matter herself but soon after, back tracked on her word and blamed the mistake on her coworkers and the titling company, Momentum.Worst Experience Ever, especially after closing. Absolutely Ridiculous. Save yourself your hard earned moneys and go somewhere that values you as a guest!

Trent and all staff were extremely knowledgeable and made for a smooth transaction. He was was extremely organized, providing timelines and next steps. Great communication making the process easy. It didn’t feel like business he was transparent and provided options and forecast & benchmarks that helped to understanding cost. This was a great experience professional efficient and most all effective !!! I would be happy to work with Trent again and would refer his services.2

My loan officer, Pat, provided extremely poor customer service. There was a total lack of communication throughout the process and when communication did occur, it came across as adversarial and condescending. Would have given zero stars if I could.
