We live in Yardley, PA and a couple of years ago we were referred to Tony and Charlie at the Fireplace Pros in Toms River for a new gas fireplace. At first we were reluctant because of the distance,
but since it was a good referral my wife an I went out to their store in Toms River to see what they had. They were friendly, nice and informative and we ordered a new fireplace unit on the spot. This past fall the units valve went bad and I called and spoke to Charlie one of the owners. They ordered an entire new unit (except the logs) and installed it today free of charge!
That is customer service and standing behind their product. It was well worth the trip we took to Toms River. We definitely recommend the Fireplace Pros!

Bought fireplace insert and the service here is THE best service of any business I’ve dealt with. Very friendly in store and service guys. They back up their product. Most pleasant business experience. Would give more than 5 stars. Definitely would highly recommend.

He is extremely good at his job. He is prompt, meticulously clean and thorough. He has cleaned and repaired my chimney five or six times over 15 years or more and I count on him. A Pro!He saved the day. Our furnace went out on a Saturday and we were freezing but hadn't had the chimney swept since moving in the house. He came on Saturday within 30 minutes of the call. Thanks to this company.

Horrible customer service. I hate doing this to small businesses but these folks are awful.My appointment was scheduled for a window of 3 to 6 pm. Owner called at 1 said he'd be there early but I wasn't home or available for 1. His response ...I'll have to reschedule because he was done for the day. Wait? What? My hope is someone reads this reviews and moves to looking at another fireplace company. Upon following up with the office staff....just as rude. No thank you.

This place was wonderful! The owner is so nice and helped me pick out a proper fireplace. The showroom was aesthetically pleasing and exactly what you wanted to see while browsing. I’ve never met a nicer, more compassionate owner! Will be referring to all my friend’s and family! Thank you for a great experience, and I will 100% be back.

Had purchased a ventless fireplace insert, planned a date of installation. Upon arrival the installation men realized we are under construction and gave a song and dance about it Turns out the are not licensed and do not get permits which allowed me time to reconsider using their services, do your research first. I was uneducated and luckily was able to get my deposit back without a hassle. But it raised many red flags as far as having an unlicensed person install gas lines.

Fantastic place! In my many years of purchasing fireplaces, I have never come across an establishment with better quality, better customer service, fairer prices, or a kinder owner. They were very understanding, and when I had a problem a few days later, they sent people over to help me right away. Would recommend 1000 percent! No one can get me to stop talking about it! All I can think of are the embers from my new, exquisite fireplace. Way to go Fireplace Pros!

I just left Fireplace Pro, the rudest, women I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you give them any business you are a fool. No doubt they will be out of business soon, I guess that’s why there is no one ever in the store. I just read all the other comments about this women and I wish I would of read them earlier instead of subjecting myself to such rudeness.
