Would never go here again spent the extra 10 dollars on Complete care package with tire rotation and they never did it and lied and said they did. My car was very easy to know if they did or didn’t because one of my tires had a nail in it and was in the same spot so how was my tires rotated!?!? Thank god Midas was open took me right in and actually rotated my tires!

Had to take my husbands
Car to somewhere else to fix it. Cost more money to fix Mr Tires mistake. We are trying to get a refund. My husband almost got into an accident. Good thing he is a good driver or he would be dead from their mistakes.

I’m not really happy with the service, I felt I got scammed. The only reason I went to them is that they’re known company & they were recommended by the person at the auto spa I regularly go to. Plus I thought since they’re popular I could trust them & that they can fix my tire as said by the auto spa guy. The auto spa were kind enough to check my tire so they already knew the problem but they can’t fix it as they don’t have the tool to do so hence the recommendation.they were positive that a patch will fix it as the tire is still new and that same case already happened to his car so he’s confident it will be fixed. However, to my despair when I went to this place they said “ it’s non fixable, needs a new tire replacement” I was shocked but that time what I can only think of was my safety driving to & forth work at night so I don’t have a choice. So I agreed to what they want, paid $280+ for a new tire to replace my 4-5mos old tire(Mazda CX30). When I told this to my friends including the guys at auto spa, they all said the same thing - I got scammed! That the guys from FIRESTONE get to say that to make a deal, for sales. Too bad coz I trusted them. I will never go to them again nor even recommend them to anyone.

Wasn't impressed, waited too long for my car and realized that when I told them that the bad tire on drivers side needed to be put on back and the guy refused to do it, put my husband and I on edge. I had to drive my car so slow I was scared.

I called ahead and was told a tire patch would take about 25 to 35 minutes and that they could take me right away. I was the only car in the bays and it took an hour for them to patch my tire and put it back on the car. They also had my hood of my car open, which there was no need for. I would have went at a later time if I know it would take that long since I had to pick up my special needs brother up from work and he had to wait in the rain for me for 40 minutes. Not sure what the two guys in the shop were doing, but it shouldn't take an hour to patch a tire and I'll never go there again.

Made an online appointment at 7am on a saturday morning for a oil change and tire rotación and waited almost 2 hours for this service. Very slow......im a patient person and finally got up out of seat and started to complain. Not sure if they stopped working on car and did someone elses. If you plan to stay and wait, your better off dropping it off and picking up later if your not in a rush like i was.

I will never go back to Firestone service in Toms River again.
I made an appointment to repair my brakes , so I dropped off my vehicle the night before. They said it would be ready by the end of the day. I called around 12:00 the next day, they said they still didn’t get to it but assured me it will be ready by the end of the day. They called me around 5:00 and said it won’t be ready until the next day because parts have to be ordered and it will be another 250.00 more then the first estimate. So I picked it up and took it to another mechanic and it was fixed by the end of the day.

Did a fine job replacing the tire, but I was driving back to Vermont and had booked an appointment. They told me 45 minutes, it took 2 hours. Just be honest. It was a really frustrating wait for only one tire.

They took my car on Memorial Day weekend without an appointment for a tire issue resulting in needing a new tire. They applied the tire warranty and let me know I needed brakes and rotors in the front. They even squeezed in an alignment. Great job!

I was both satisfied, and somewhat dissatisfied with my visit. I had called 2 days prior to my visit, and made an appointment to have 4 tires, and the lifetime alignment. When I made the appointment the salesperson and I agreed on 4 specific tires, and I was told that those 4 tires were in stock, and would be there for me when I brought my car in. When I did arrive for my scheduled appointment there were only 3 of the tires that I needed in the store. I was told that one tire was sold to someone else. The salesperson did find the additional tire at another location, and went to get the tire which was nice, but this caused my wait time to be increased by about one hour.. If an agreement is made in advance for specific tires, that agreement should be honored. In the future, I guess I will need to call several times to make sure my tires are still there.

The Professional and caring attitude goes a long way. It fits in with this auto store. Sunday hours also is very helpful. Thank you to all that work at this Firestone store. We left going to our local (M) tire store a mile away to go to this Firestone store 9 miles away from Whiting to Toms River. No comparison in companies.
