A big THANK YOU to TERRY, who totally made my day today!!! I was looking for a certain phone tripod (that my daughter purchased about two years ago). There were none out on the floor but Terry was kind enough to go in the back and try to locate one for me. Lo and behold about 10 minutes later, he comes out with my item. Now THAT is customer service!!! I am so excited to use this tomorrow for a group shot with some dear old friends. Terry, because of your kindness, you have just earned a new customer. Thank You!

im not sure what it is but three times i have gone into this store and the manager accused me of stealing each time despite having no evidence to base it on other than me “looking suspicious” yeah man whatever that means. I feel like one time is okay honest mistake, but now i can’t even go into the store, it makes me uncomfortable walking around the store having employees point at me and try to slyly point me out to their manager. one time he followed me to my car and i emptied all my pockets rolled all my sleeves up just to prove it, but he still threatened me. it is a five below. i have 5 dollars STOP making your employees record me. if anyone has similar experiences i will go back and take pictures of their old creepy manager following me around like he wants to take me on a date.

It's 5 below. Only it's 20 and down now. Wonder when they'll change the name. It's still a fun store to check out now and then, and products are getting better, even if the prices aren't reflected by the name anymore. Life is about change.
