Worst location I have ever visited. Was in the store for about 10 minutes and the sales representatives didn't address anyone in my party. Mind you (3) sales reps and one manager were just focused on being on social media then a customer. After finally getting their attention I was going to buy 2 pairs of sneakers and even though they had a sign stating that they take military discount they refused to do so.

Went in last week found a pair of Reebok sneakers I liked that would be perfect for work. Unfortunately my size wasn't available in the store the sales associate Christopher ordered the shoes online for me. The next day my shipment arrives at my house opened the box and to my surprise the wrong sneakers were sent. I immediately called the store and spoke with Junior who confirmed the sneakers I wanted were placed in the wrong box which led to Christopher ordering the wrong shoe. Junior assured me he would correct the situation and my sneakers should arrive at the store by Monday or Tuesday the following week and I would come in and exchange the incorrect sneakers for the ones I actually wanted ordered. By Thursday the following week my sneakers hadn't arrived, I spoke with Junior again who advised the other store made a mistake and forgot to send out my sneakers. I was assured my sneakers should be in the next day, it's now the next day and my sneakers have not come. At this point I'll be getting my money back for the sneakers they incorrectly ordered and taking my business elsewhere.

Good selection. Only issue was the young girl was not much of a help. She really looked like she didn't want to be there. Paid hardly any attention to us.

WORST costumer service. Ordered sneakers online,needed to change the delivery address , called costumer service and they told me Id receive an email confirmation that the address on file would be changed to the correct one. Never got the email, called and spoke to reps for a week to have them tell me to call all these different people to change it. FINALLY got a confirmation that the package would be delivered to the correct address. A day later it's delivered to the wrong address. When i called to have them fix it they told me I need to wait for an "investigation". RIDICULOUS.

Went in to look at Jordan's, got harrassed by the floor employee for "taking too long" to look at shoes. Gonna order my shoes online, never going back horrible experience, horrible employees.

Junior L. Was my sales associate that showed Excellent Customer Service. Even though I do a lot of online shopping, but when I do go to the stores, I sure do Appreciate a excellent customer experience. He helped in store and online to find what I needed while multi tasking with other customers, I was impressed because I never felt ignored. It's the type of customer service that makes you go home and write a review. Thanks again Junior
