Absolutely ridiculous there is finale sale on all sleepwear. I could understand anything that's bra's and underwear but pj's!? I'm never shopping forever 21 again. Absolutely ridiculous return/exchange policy.

If you want to experience the rudest women in the world go to forever 21 in ocean county mall on Saturday November 2 at 230pm. The manager is absolutely always extremely rude whenever I’m in the store. No smiles, just attitude. No one asks if you need help and when you ask they act annoyed that you’re asking them to actually do their job. The manager and co-workers were outside the dressing room bad mouthing other employees and complaining. The boy in the front was nice and I even witnessed them be rude to him! So embarrassingly enough when I went to go check out my card was declined because I had used it a lot this day. I was so embarrassed and I asked the girl at the register to hold on to my stuff that I would call the bank and come back. She says”ummm ok” and rolled her eyes. Needless to say, I’m not going back. I’ll shop elsewhere. Does anyone know what customer service is anymore?!?! Certainly not forever 21!!!! I’ve witnessed this rudeness multiple times before writing this review. Please re- staff the store!!!!

Cashier girl is very rude and unpleasant. The cashier girl has blondish brown curly hair black and white flower nails and a nose ring. Very rude girl .

Super friendly staff and awesome selection of clothes and accessories. I have been shopping for over a decade with forever 21 and have never been disappointed. Especially being a 90s kid due the the graphic tee selection always being on point .

Hit or miss but for it’s size I’ve always done surprisingly well over the years at this location. I’ve been coming to this location for over 14 years and I’ve seen all the changes, all the staff and more. No matter what it’s a forever 21, unfortunately they don’t teach customer service so don’t expect to be greeted or assisted. However I asked a question of one of the associates yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I asked for just the location of the tank tops and was not only walked over but I was then shown the variety they had to offer. This was a first for their customer service and I was really happy. Anyway it’s a chain, but I got to say for this location it usually doesn’t disappoint.

Worker wasn’t nice stareing at me and my friend the whole time we were there and made us feel uncomfortable. Plus all the sizes are really small needed larger sizes

Bought two items took them home and tried it on but I needed a different size so I ran back to the mall to exchange for the same thing just a different size and I was told “ I can not return or exchange unless the tags are attached” although I had the tags and receipt. Not to mention I bought the original clothes from the same lady 15 minutes ago. Terrible and waste of my money.
