As someone who highly values customer service I have to give this establishment 1 star and the only reason I gave 1 star is because I can’t give 0. Word of advice to the owner.. if one of your employees makes a mistake you should APOLOGIZE offer to fix it or don’t charge for something the CUSTOMER did not ask for. If we wanted a discount on getting our nails painted we would have just purchased a bottle of nail polishes and painted them at home.

Don’t go to the older gentleman. I wanted a regular manicure with just clear polish and he rushed me out with out cleaning my nails or cutting my cuticles. The other people are super nice and thorough.

I’ve tried so many nail salons in the area, and I’ve finally found my spot. Don was AMAZING. He provided recommendations, was thorough and efficient, and my nails look great. A+++

Disappointed this time and I'm a regular there. Made a 12:00 appointment for gel mani/pedi. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told to go to the back for a pedicure. Waited for over an hour before they began. Then I find out that the person I had the appointment with took their 12:30 appointment before me. When I finally sat down for my gel manicure with the person I had the appointment with, he had an attitude and did a rushed job. Very disappointed this time.

Got a pedi with Don. What a happy nice guy. Then I got a full set with the owner maybe? He sits at station 2 and is miserable. He got mad at me because I am a little indecisive and he was just downright rude to me. I questioned a few things and he said he goes step by step and for me to wait. Agreed. I was not nasty just asking questions. His attitude was atrocious. However, he did a good job on my nails. I just won't go back and deal with nastiness when I am paying for a service. See Don for a pedi. He did a great job and was happy, joking and aimed to please!
**edited to reply there were NOT three cuts. I only asked to go shorter one time. I did not change my mind about dip. The mind was changed whether I wanted tips or natural nail. I did ask him what would be best to put on my nails for the strongest hold as the expert and he replied ill just do the dip annoyed.I agree a good job was done on my heavily damaged nails but not without a huge attitude the entire time. Picture of the nail shape I wanted was shown to him as soon as he took out the tips. He looked at it and I said I wanted this shape and he ignored it. Its not just me. Several other reviews mentioned the attitude and he did my nails once before and seemed pissed off then too.

Place isn’t as clean as before. My pedicure took like 10 minutes. I really didn’t get a massage on my legs and I felt rushed not relaxed. Toe nails are just ok.

Good service and good pedicure but when my manicure was bad she cut me then didn't even do the nails right, she didn't even do what i asked for, i asked for a gel French tip with flowers and she messed up and ended up doing french tip with lines.

i made an appointment with nikki and some guy took me instead. he said he didnt have the right acrylic for what i had on already and then i asked for a solid color instead. i asked to do a french tip using top coat and he seemed annoyed and telling me i made him miss his appointment. like girl i didnt make an appointment with you ?there were blotches on my nails that he seemed extremely annoyed to fix and was just overall kind of rude. theyre really lumpy but for the price it makes sense. i wouldnt even be mad if he wasnt so rude about everything and then kept telling me to come back. left having to pry blobs of acrylic off the bottom and sides if my fingers sorry yall ?

Went to get my nails and eyebrows done. Ryan did a wonderful job on both mani and pedi. Took his time, made sure i was comfortable and that everything was to my liking.
Nikki did my eyebrows. She was very quick and clean about it. They came out perfectly.

I decided last minute to get a pedicure and was seen right away by Ryan who was amazing! Such a great and welcoming personality. Highly recommend! Already booked my next appointment with him!
