FOR ANYONE APPLYING! If they say you got hired, it’s probably a lie. They will lead you on and just waste your time. Terrible place with strong dishonesty, shouldn’t even give them business. Think twice about the work environment before you shop here.

In order to schedule a pick up for a donation, you must conform to their pick up schedule, which is extremely rigid and set by geographic zones. They are extremely "particular" as to the condition of the furniture they will take. Anything that is scratched or in need of any refurbishing, they will not take, even though the items and their condition were reviewed at the time a pick up was scheduled. It was my understanding that the items donated would be sold in their store, which functions similar to a thrift store, where the items are not in perfect or new condition, but rather require some reconditioning. The funds generated from the sale of those items are then invested in Habitat for Humanity's mission. Approximately half of the items that I wanted to donate were not taken because of issues with their "condition" and I had to arrange for another charity to accept them. Jimmy Carter would not approve of such rigid condition requirements as it deprived his organization with the opportunity to generate support from this donation. Also, it should be known that the donation of furniture is not enough. A minimum donation of $10 is also requested at the time the appointment for a pick up is made. I'm not sure what the purpose of this funding is or why it's even requested. It seems a bit much to request a cash donation on top of the donation already being made. If you are so inclined to make such an additional donation, do so via check and do not give the drivers or any employee cash.

We just went here for the first time and found it really clean! I love thrift stores and this was one was the most reasonably priced and well stocked. Items were even on sale and they had a large selection. The staff was so friendly and helpful, will definitely come back!

On multiple occasions I came here to purchase items which they tell me it isn’t price yet and I can’t purchase item but proceed to sell it to the next customer( which I believe they are holding for another customer ) THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD I may add after I saw this happen I heard the total of purchase and I knew she sold items for well under what should have been charged . I also purchased a mirror here and went to pick up next day and they sold my mirror . I will never be shopping with any habit for humanity .

Without a doubt one of my favorite places! I’ve gotten three works of art from here and they are incredible! I also got a really beautiful set of plates and some spoons. One of the best restores around! Always feels like home when I step in.

Love this place, I try to go whenever I’m in the area. You never know what you’ll find. Everything is priced realistically and reasonably. I bought most of my furniture from here, some things they have here are like brand new

Usually a lovely place that does good things and has very nice people. I don’t know who they had answering the phones today 5/26/22 in the morning in the donation department but, this woman is VERY RUDE! Should have a little bit more class and actually say “Thank you” “Thank you for calling” I mean she is just rude and nasty and sounds like a very unhappy and miserable person. People are calling to give you things and trying to do something good and this is how you react? Horrible! A complete turn off, you may want to make sure that the person answering the phones is at least nice, first impression is everything.
