“I wanted a healthier diet. Portion controlled as well as fats, proteins, carbs, etc. Started using Shore Fresh over a month ago. Their meals are enough to eat. Sometimes it feels like too much for me, so I finish out the day with a light salad. It is great. My time is limited, so it cuts the cooking out. They have a large variety of meals that fit the household from chicken, steak, to salmon. And you can choose your starch or vegetables online. You can make a quick stop and pick up something in the fridge. Love that we started.”
