Great prices and great customer service. I do have to point out the fact that some employees put very little effort to dress up appropriately. I witness an employee literally wearing sandals with socks and her hair was so messy. If you’re working in the fashion industry you must look presentable to the public.

I had the pleasure of visiting this H&M location on black Friday after losing a considerable amount of weight and simply needing new work clothes to function at my jobs. And while maybe I can find the same clothes for similar prices just about anywhere, the service is what sets this store apart, by far!!Leilani was quick to greet not only myself but other shoppers entering the store as she was also multitasking replenishing and maintaining the floor. She asked if I needed assistance in finding any particular item, and since I was there for uniforms, I let her know what I was looking for. She gave me a couple of options and as I was exiting the fitting rooms, she had found some more!! The thoughtfulness almost took me aback in the most pleasant way possible. It is evident Leilani has not only a strong work ethic, but the irreplaceable soft skill of reading between the lines in guest services, giving her the ability to easily go above and beyond.We all know that what black Friday was in decades past has mostly gone online these days, but when a semi-considerable line began to form, I did notice the manager on duty (who I later learned was Kia) effortlessly put forth a plan into action to get more staff to register area, while still maintaining a presence on the floor. Not one employee would've given you the impression they were under any pressure, on one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year.
