“These guys are absolutely awesome. I bought a gorgon grom last week and my son already did something to break it and I decided to bring it in not knowing if they even fixed these. These guys there helped me more than I can even explain. They wanted to save me money so they encouraged me to try to fix it myself (they showed me what to do) and gave me the part which I paid for but they showed me what to do and how to do it. I can’t thank you enough. Me and my son are so grateful. I forgot their names but if their manager sees this the date is 10/2/26 so whoever was working in this location please give them a raise and my appreciation as a clueless mom when it comes to rc cars lol thank you guys you are all the absolute best (one name was Scott)”
“I was just checking out the procedure for getting a work of art framed. Since I did not have the work with me during my shopping trip to Michael's, I only inquired about the process.”
“The sales girl that waited on me was amazing. Very patient, great. I wish I could remember her name. I told the manager that she was the best customer service person we've ever had there.”

“I came to get my RC remote repaired. Rich, the owner successfully repaired my remote and had it working the same day. Very professional service for an affordable price. Thanks Rick!”
