Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with! I can’t thank her enough for her patience, honesty, and support during this sale. On two separate occasions i called to verify cars that were listed on their website were actually on their lot in Tom’s river. Both times i was told yes. Both times they were not. I was told that i was mistaken despite SPECIFICALLY asking if they were in Tom’s river. They would not discuss pricing or additional fees over the phone and i can see why. They drove my trade in vehicle without my permission to, or me being present. They wanted to tack on $4500 in “inspection and certification” fees on their CPO vehicles, which are all generally not favorably priced. Do your research people, i got a Honda pilot, same year, less miles $8000 cheaper by not getting scammed by this place. And that’s after i purchased Honda Care. You can buy your own Honda Care extended warranty from other Honda dealers that will offer the same coverage. Do a little research and don’t fall into the trap. I have coverage for 120k miles and lots of money in my pocket.

Very good service and fair pricing. They have coupon specials on their website that can be helpful, and I took advantage of one today. The CRV was turned back over to me in under the time promised. It was even washed at no extra charge!

Kyle is the most friendly, knowledgeable sale man from the moment we needed help. Our experience with him exceeded our expectations during our our purchase. The whole staff we dealt with there were so friendly. Would highly recommend this establishment.Editing review 3 weeks later: This dealership is unreal. I would definitely but from another dealer. Our salesman and a manager no longer work there and they told us we would be getting a roof rack installed ‘on them’ what a joke, this model car we bought can not get a roof rack put on and they knew it. Liars! Nothing like making a sale on broken promises. We got a flat tire and there was a tool to unlock the bolts from the tire and they never put the tool in our car, how do you sell a car and not give all the components of the car? Less than 2 days and our temporary plates expire and no one can help me find out where they are. The Manager I spoke with Delia kept cutting me off of my conversation, was rude then she hung up on me. Wow Honda, get your deal together. I’m sure I’m another unhappy customer who was happy at first.

What a wonderful dealership to work with!!! Our sales person Emily Seaman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with with firing just the right car for our family. Rob Helle, General Sale Manager, negotiated a deal we just couldn’t refuse. Frank in Finance did a fantastic job reviewing and explaining all the details of our finance agreement. Where do I begin? I had a great experience with Doug L at Honda of Toms River. It was a no pressure/hassle experience. Doug gave his honest opinions which helped me decide the right vehicle to purchase. He did not pressure me into a vehicle and let me decide what worked best for me. It was a seamless transaction and Doug is by far the best salesman I have ever had. If my friends or family need a vehicle, I will be sending them Doug’s way! I highly recommend Doug at this dealership! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

got a recall for my rear view camera recall so since I purchased my Ridgeline there I thought I would give them another chance,big mistake ! they were supposed to call me back and they never did . my Ridgeline is four years old I am buying a new truck but not there ! they can't even return a phone call. I will go some else with better service . After seeing the other reviews I agree they are terrible!

My salesperson Emily and the staff were great! I live far away and they worked with me over the phone to get close to a deal. When I got there they honored EVERYTHING they said. They gave me a great trade allowance. Honda of Toms River is like no other dealer. Very honest and very fair!

Our lease came due and we decided to go to Honda of Toms River to purchase the vehicle. Temporary tags were placed on the vehicle and we waited until the license plates to come in. Friday 8/25/2023 we get a phone call saying the plates are in. Come into the dealership the next day Saturday 8/26. The lady at that he desk walks away and tells me her manager will be right with me. Nick the General Manager comes over looking at the plates and proceeds to tell me that there was a problem. They have a new person working in their DMV section and made a mistake. They accidentally registered our car to someone else. He assures me he would have them call DMV Monday and the plates would be overnighted Tuesday. I ask for a new temporary tag as ours was to expire 8/27/2023. He said he can't do that as it was an issue with the dealership and DMV but it would be perfectly fine to drive on expired tags. They assured me they would call me Monday and follow up. Wednesday I didn't receive the plates or any phone calls. I had to call the dealership and spoke with Dehlia who said she would call me back when she found out what was going on. Never got a call back. So I called on Thursday and spoke with Deliah again and this time she said you were called on 8/25 and were told your plates are in! I explained that they were in and registered to someone else. Then she said hang on and the call was disconnected. I called back and she then puts me on hold for some time. Then says we assure you your car is registered to you and it will take a few weeks to get your plates. I asked how long as my tags are expired. She continued to tell me it is perfectly fine to drive on expired tags. I asked for a time frame and she said she would call me with answer. During this phone call I requested an email to confirm the dealership was going to cover any legal fees resulting from driving on expired tags. I was told she was forwarding this to someone else and they will send me an email no problem. I reached out to DMV 8/31/2023 since the dealership is not credible at this time all they are telling me is lies and trying to get me off the phone. After I spoke with DMV I discovered the car is in fact still registered to some random person. The dealership has made no attempts to call and offer any solutions as we are now paying for a vehicle that we legally can't drive. Since this is their mistake the dealership should make good and own up to their mistakes and offer a loaner car. They should be in contact with me trying to get this fixed rather than hurry up and get me off the phone. If you cant get the motor vehicle part of the sale correct, why would anyone buy any to buy a car from this dealership? So today is Friday 9/1/2023 still no phone calls from Honda and no plates. The stress and anxiety knowing my car could be ticketed or even impounded . The dealership has proven their word means nothing.

They screwed the process for getting my permanent registration prior to the 30-day expiration period of my temporary registration. This left me without a valid registration and it stranded me out of state for two weeks. They would not provide any means for me to drive back to NJ (aside from telling me drive with the expired tags). The funny thing is this was caused by a screw up on their end, that they could have fixed, but they totally didn't care about making it right. Instead, my salesman, their Office Manager and their Finance Manager ignored my calls and emails warning them they would miss the deadline. It got to the point where I had to have a NJ MVC Investigator go there to get them to act. To top it off, when the investigator asked them why they were ignoring me, they made up a story to cover themselves.I would stay away from this dealer, especially my salesman (Doug). I don't think he would recognize the truth if it slapped him in the face.By the way, this is just one of a number of major screw ups on the part of the dealership. Their employees are terrible.Finally, after six weeks of torture, I was able to get the General Manager involved and he worked to resolve their mess-ups. Still, it didn't make up for the torture they put me through.

First time visiting this service center. Was greeted by very welcoming and informative service personnel. Dropped car off for a routine service. Informed them that they could have car for the day. Received call approx. 1.5 hours later from the service Rep that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Great service and communication. I will be making this location my preferred service center. This is a very different experience than those that I endured at the location which I purchased the vehicle. Thank you Honda of Tom’s River!!!
