One of the employees, Emily were very nice to me and gave awesome customer service. Emily helped me a lot during my purchases and I extremely appreciate it! She was very sweet, I personally think she deserves a raise.

thank you so much audree and jordan(? i forget his name i’m sorry!!) for making my shopping experience incredible!!!! i went into the store because i had a ton of rewards and hot cash saved up, and audree did an amazing job of explaining how the hot cash/rewards work to me!!! the store itself had tons of cute things too as always!! i really hope a manager sees this review and can give audree and jordan the recognition they both deserve, they were the best!!!! :)

Love the store in toms river but the product quality is very poor. Bought a loungefly mini back pack and it started to fall apart within a short time of using it. Also bought a disney mini back pack and the stitching is coming undone. Will not buy from this company again.

Store was neat. Only thing was the blonde with tattoos yelling if someone tall reaches for a shirt. Calm down and be professional about it instead of screaming at everyone lady. Can’t even tell who’s an employee or customer either in that store. They need nametags or work shirts

Absolutely rude staff. Was accused of stealing because I didn't put an item back in the right place while they were watching and spent a long time in the clearance section. Its hard enough going into stores with bad social anxiety but she didnt have to be rude and pushy about it, next time I'll just go to Spencer's. Would give 0 stars if I could.
