I cannot start my car because it is hard to breathe into The device I’m at €68 smoker don’t have the lungs for it, is there any way to adjust it?

Instructions were not explained at all. It was pretty much watch a video and good luck. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. I had to reschedule my appointment because I called and said I would be a half hour late. Thanks for the week delay.
