Worse bank ever horrible customer service my wife account was hacked with fraud we had over $8000 in an account they froze the account and decided to to part ways with her over the fraud most unprofessional bank ever. We are still currently waiting for a check to come with our 8000 in it. I'm disgusted with this bank absolutely disgraceful they done nothing at all to help us besides part ways

Have called customer service and visited bank branch 4 times to lower my Helco. And as I sit in branch again the Staff at bank has tried to help but they have to call a department and they are even getting the runaround Why can’t this be handled in person? Even sent a notarized request and we are going on 3 weeks without handling my request!

My wife opened up a savings and a checking about 1week later she got her debit card in 1 envelope and in another she got a letter saying the account was closed not bad she never even got to use the accounts and they closed them no warning no emails no letters no phone calls nothing just closed it WOW what a horrible bank to do business with I don't recommend this bank at all they probably lie about the benefits of the accounts also don't know though since she never got a chance to check them out

This place has gone down the toilet since Citizens took over. Today was the 4th occurrence in about 3 months that i drove to the bank just for the ATM to be malfunctioning again. Never had this problem with Investors. Between these wasted trips and random account problems I've had after the changeover, I've had enough and will be switching banks. I do not recommend banking here.The only good thing was the in person staff was nice when I went in.
