Bob is nothing short of the word professional. Through and through. He takes the time to truly understand your dog & your goals you have set for the training. He tailors his training plan to fit any restrictions you might have at home. His training and straightforwardness made my girlfriend and I realize that we were allowing our dog to act in the behavior we did not like. this guy is out of his mind! wants to charge just to see the dog and wont give pricing on his "training program"! Id rather go buy a car then deal with this type of person!

I cannot say enough about how great Bob was. We brought our 1 year old rescue German Shepard to him with leash reactivity issues. After three sessions we really started to see a change in her, after completing she’s a completely different dog. Choosing him to train our dog was the best decision and well worth it.

Bob is hands down one of the best trainers. I took my rescue pitbull to him for some training. I like the fact that he gets the owners engaged in the training as well. He's not a money grabber like some of the other trainers. His price is well worth it. If you follow his guidance you will see a huge difference in your dog as time goes on. You have to put the work in as well.I had some person issues with my mother getting really sick and had to cancel the training. During this time he would ask how my mother is doing. I wasn't expecting him to care but it shows his character. Great guy and great trainer. He offered to finish the classes whenever I had time which is awesome because most places would've told me I'm out of luck.I will be going back to finish the classes and I will also be using him for other training classes. I highly recommend Bob if you want your dog well trained!

I cannot say enough good things about Bob and Jersey Shore Canine!!! My boyfriend and I adopted a black lab mix a year ago and he already had basic obedience (sit, down, paw, etc). His main problem was being way to reactive around other dogs/distractions and pulling on the leash. We dropped him off for 3 weeks for the board & train program and we picked up a whole new dog! He now sits at our side (on or off leash), looks up at us for the next command, walks next to us, and aims to please us everyday! We brought him to Home Depot and amongst all the chaos and other barking dogs, he stayed tight at our side focused on us.The best part about Bobs training is that he does not break the dog! He still has his fun goofy loving personality. Bobs training & technique is above all the other places we looked into. We especially love how personable the entire experience was. 10/10 we would recommend Bob & Jersey Shore Canine to anyone!

We brought our German Shepherd to Jersey Shore K9. I know Bob remember's our 'hectic' puppy Maverick. We finished training in early February and I will never go anywhere else to train my dog. There is no one out there that is going to train your dog (and you) better than Bob. He is worth every penny. We had a lot of hesitation on where to go for training and we are glad we found Bob first before we wasted money somewhere else. We went from a crazy puppy to a respectful and happy dog. He is even great off leash too! Bob will give you all the tools you need to succeed, it is up to you to use them week to week and continue to bond with your dog after training is over.Thanks for all your help Bob, my only regret is that I wish we found you sooner!

We had the most unruly 80 lbs pup. not aggressive, just horrible, making our lives miserable ! She was so unruly that she was thrown out of a basic obedience class in Howell, even before the first lesson started! ((but really isn't that the point of basic obedience.)Then we found Jersey Shore Canine and Bob! I took Hazel there and ten lessons later she is a new dog!With the one to one instruction for myself and Hazel, we have a new pup.She is such a wonderful addition now to our family.Bob is terrific, patient with both our pup and myself. You can tex Bob anytime with any questions you may have between lessons.Lessons are convenient to your schedule.Our family now has a beautiful well behaved pup, that is such a pleasurewhereas before she was literally a nightmare.I highly recommend Jersey Shore Canine, a five star trainer and program.Thanks Bob!

I have a Cane Corso. Although, I started with a different trainer and I thought they did a good job , Jersey Canine has brought my dog Dallas to a whole other level. Dallas responds unbelievably to Bob. I never imagined Dallas would be so well trained. Bob goes over and above with his in depth methods. I would never dream of using anyone else to train a dog.

Bob is an excellent trainer who can quickly assess a dog and make well educated recommendations based on years of experience. I would recommend Bob to any dog owner who wants a well behaved and mentally healthy and confident family member.

Bob is an excellent trainer!!! He is very patient, kind, and always able to find a solution. Our dog is a 2 year old Rottweiler/German Shepard mix. We initially brought her to Bob because she was fearful of many situations. Bob taught us different techniques to help us, help her.Thank you so much Bob for everything you do. We are very grateful!

The "free consultation" is just a sales pitch. He will take every and any dog. However, prong collars and e-collar is the primary focus. My dog didn't learn anything new. In fact, after training and giving away money, removing all of those punishment tools and retraining my dog, it has changed everything. My recommendation is to look else where. He will laugh off and make excuses why other trainers in the area are bad. My google review was muted as well. Red flags popping up all over the place. The 4.7 review is 100% not accurate. There's only 36 reviews. I gave this a 1 there too, but the 4.7 doesn't come down. I'm no math major, but if there are less than 50 reviews, the score should at least drop .1. Very sus.

When I adopted my rescue puppy, Ginni, my family and I were overwhelmed. She is our first dog, and was very disobedient, anxious, impossible to go on walks with, and just too much to handle.After researching and speaking to a few trainers, I instantly knew Bob was the trainer we needed to help us with Ginni. His knowledge and training method is safe, effective, and will strengthen your relationship with your dog. He not only trains the dog, but trains you.It is a long road, but well worth it. Bob offered alternate training methods if Ginni didn't respond well to one. He answered all of our questions about raising Ginni, whether they were training related or not. We have much better control over her and have continued Bob's training after the lessons ended. Ginni is well on her way to being a behaved dog and we can't thank Bob enough! He's the best!

My husband and I never thought that our 50 pound boxer/lab mix would listen to us on command, learn to walk to us and not pull on her leash, or stop jumping on people and furniture. After our consultation with Bob, we both immediately knew that this was the training course we had to do! Bob’s directions and ways of training are very clear & simple. He is very responsive and answred every single question / issue we had along the way. His knowledge of dogs & training itself is impressive & it shows with his work. Now our dog is well behaved, can walk without a leash next to our side, and listens on command! She still has the same happy personality but understands what behavior is acceptable. We are forever grateful for Bob & his program!! Thank you!!!

Bob @ Jersey Shore Canine is awesome! Extremely knowledgable with all types of dogs and training. His style is not only effective, but most importantly is safe for the dogs. He’s very compassionate and cares about the animals, and makes the handlers feel welcome and comfortable. Can’t say enough great things about my experiences there, and will recommend Bob to all. My dogs and I have grown immensely in the time I have been attending his training facility. Five stars doesn’t do him justice!

After going through 2 trainers , he was our last hope. Thank god we found him because he beyond exceeded our expectations ! What an amazing transformation that we have seen in our dog after going to Jersey Shore K9. We will definitely use him in the future with our next dog !
