Todd transformed my all diamond wedding ring (which no longer fit me) into a diamond by the yard necklace and another wedding band (that now fits me!). Both pieces turned out beautifully! “Just spent 90 minutes working with Keiley. She was so amazing! I bought a bracelet & ring two days prior and wanted to exchange them for something better suited for my lifestyle. Keiley answered so many questions, she let my try on soooo many things and she was so patient. I love to talk and she let me talk her ear off. It was a lot of extra work for her because of the promotion at the time + the return. She triple checked everything and explained everything perfectly. The store I originally bought from in Yonkers wasn’t super friendly and didn’t explain the warranty, cleaning, etc. Keiley updated all of my knowledge on the perks of shopping at Pandora!
