Joe was great and very responsive when i was looking for a pre approval while house hunting. He took the time to speak with me and my husband breaking down everything for us. Although we have put our house hunting on hold for now I appreciated all of Joe's time and professionalism.

Joe was fantastic throughout our home buying process. One thing that really stood out to me was his availability. No matter what of me or my wife needed to talk to him or have a question answered he would always get back to us the same day if he did not respond immediately. Also, the document gathering process and verification was smooth thanks to his terrific processor. Finally Joe made sure to reach out to the selling Realtor to ensure them we were solidly qualified applicants who really wanted this home. To me that is going above and beyond!
If you are looking for someone who will actually care about you getting a home and not just see you as a transaction, then I would highly recommend reaching out to Joe!

Joe helped make the process of buying a house as easy for me as possible. I was at a time where I had so much going on in my life that the paperwork and verbiage of certain documents were causing me immense stress. Joe Rowan and Janet Berlanga were so unbelievably helpful in the entire process. From Joe explaining the application and steps in detail, to gathering all of the documents, to Janet checking the documents and clarifying anything that needed to be added, to the many phone calls and emails of assurance to me. They made buying our first home an easier and more peaceful process than I thought it could ever be!

Joe was recommended by our realtor to handle my fiancé and my mortgage on our first house. From conversation #1 we could tell he was generous with his time and knowledge and genuine in his desire to get us into the best situation possible. He's extremely easy to talk to and was patient with our many questions. Joe Rowen is a great guy with an encyclopedic knowledge of mortgages. I work in finance and I have access to a bevy of lending experts but Joseph is usually my first call when I have a question about a mortgage. Oh, and I should mention that when I call he either answers or calls right back. This is an absolutely stand up guy that will have your back and will call you back. He has my recommendation.
