DO NOT buy a car here. I bought a car and 2 days later the engine blew and when I called they said they would split the cost of towing with me. Then when I asked for my money back he hung up the phone on me and said I signed away the lemon law but wouldn't show me the original document with my signature. I know it wasn't meant to last me years but it should have lasted more than 2 days. And then to be nasty on top of it all.

[TLDR version]Story: Business tries to sell a car they don’t actually have the title for, hoping to get the title before anyone finds out. Conclusion: After four months dodging us, we found out.*all documents, texts and pictures available upon request. DM me directly![Long version]AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE A SNEEZED-ON MEDICAL MASK.Unless of course you love strife and heartache, then by all means go for it.I accompanied my daughter to check out an SUV on their lot, and by “lot” I mean; dirt alley you need to be a Tetris master to navigate.SO MANY red flags. Let’s start with the life-size cutout of trump, staring at you when signing documents in their office. I had to take a pic because I knew no one would believe me. Regardless of your political views, you have to see why alienating 50% of your customer base is a terrible business approach. Then there’s the “cash only” requirement for payment. (Remember this part later).Ok let’s just get onto the car sale. The vehicle itself seemed decent enough during a test drive, so we pay 90% CASH up front with the rest paid upon transfer of the title, which was expected by the end of the month. They said they would handle transferring the documents, then call us when they have the titleready. We have this in writing, by the way. The remaining 500 dollars would be due when we had the title in hand. Seems fair so far, right? We bring the car home, and it’s raining. We immediately notice the rainbow sheen running down the driveway. It’s leaking oil. Of course this is a surprise to the seller because they keep their cars on display in a litter box.We ended up having to take the car to a shop to get the oil drain plug rethreaded to fix the leak.A week later, the brakes start grinding. Odd, since the seller claims to have just done the brakes.Back to the shop! The mechanic claims the seller did a bad job changing the brakes, so they cleaned and tightened everything up for us.This didn’t cost too much, but still, this is now the second time we are paying a mechanic to fix a car WE DON’T LEGALLY OWN YET.Naturally the seller’s response looks something like this: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯So another month goes by and we are hearing all kinds of knocks and pings in this vehicle. The seller keeps giving us the same runaround on the title. It’s coming. It’s coming. It’s coming. After the 3rd month of waiting, we had enough. We told the seller, either give us the title, or a refund. This is when they started getting nasty. Can you imagine the nerve of them to treat customers this way who have been waiting months for them to complete a sale? I’ve actually never seen this kind of sleazy behavior outside of movies. They actually told my daughter. “You made a mistake, now live with it, honey”Keeping in mind, the “mistake” was DEALING WITH THEM. Imagine calling yourself a mistake in a life lesson. It’s unreal, yet this is the kind of business they run. With professional help, we were able to research that the car was repossessed, and the title never released. That’s right. They sold us a car they technically don’t legally own, according to documentation. Yet they had the nerve to give us attitude when they were 100% in the wrong. Well not 100%. We did make that d*** mistake of choosing them to do business with. I guess that’s on us, right? After filing with the Better Business Bureau, we started the paperwork for small claims court. So almost 4 months later, they finally contacted us with a refund offer. This was the first time they reached out on their own. How kind. was it the BBB? Court? Who knows why.Even this was a hassle, as they tried to back out of the refund on the appointed day, after we already got a tow truck (the SUV was no longer insured as we already gave up and bought a new car)Just to be safe, we asked the police to escort us and oversee the drop-off and refund. After getting a personal check, (gee what happened to CASH ONLY) we notified our bank to warn them of the possibility that this check will bounce higher than a sumo wrestler on a lunar trampoline.Fingers crossed!

Great guys great deals. 100% honest and personable. Bad reviews are phony from a chain of all the same group of irresponsible people blaming the dealer for their own problems.. ignore them, this is where you want to go.
