The lady who drew my blood was nice . However, she was not very professional. As I was at the desk checking in , another worker (the one who drew my blood ) walked in and was telling the workers behind the desk , she left the office and texted them because she had a doctors appointment. I guess she up and disappeared for awhile and they didn’t know where she went .The workers behind the desk was arguing that they never received her text . As I was about to get blood ( she had needle in her hand ready to go ) the other worker who was behind the desk came in to the blood room and was asking the girl ( the one about to draw my blood ) if she can swap cell phones or if she can help her figure out what’s wrong with her phone . As I’m sitting there and she has the needle in her hand there looking at each others phones like that’s more important then drawing a customers blood . The cell phone problem could of waited and should not be brought up in front of a customer like that. It’s very unprofessional ! Not to mention the amount of tape she used afterwards to hold the cotton ball was excessive. She must of used six pieces of tape on my arm .

I understand bloodwork appointments are difficult enough to get in the first place, but PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and do NOT go to this Labcorp location. I had been very eager to get a blood test done, and the earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks away. I finally had my appointment this morning and could not be more dissatisfied with the customer service, and down right carelessness of the employees. I checked in online as I was instructed to do via email (30 min before my appointment), and did not receive a text. I went inside at my appointment time and had to complete a check in process at the kiosk, and still waited another 20 minutes. Again, no text.. so if I would’ve waited in my car like I was instructed to, I would’ve missed the appointment. I then sit down with the employee checking me in, and she immediately tells me my blood work cannot be done because “it’s a holiday”. It is Tuesday November 21….. last time I checked, that’s not a holiday. I work in healthcare, and to my knowledge, illnesses and medical problems do not come to a halt just because “it’s a holiday”. I explained that I waited 3 weeks for this appointment AND even called weeks ago to make sure I was scheduling the appointment correctly. After 10 minutes of telling me they can’t do the test, one of the employees calls the supervisor who says “just do it, it is what it is” with no care at all if my blood work gets sent in a timely manner or if the “holiday” would interfere with my results. Then, I get my blood drawn and the staff member bandages me with MASKING TAPE … which I now have painful red marks from. You’re a blood work clinic and don’t even have appropriate tape for someone’s skin?? Truly chaotic experience, I’ve never been more frustrated or downright shocked that multiple staff members had absolutely no idea what they were doing when it came to a blood test.

Consuela was very professional and caring when administering many blood tests for my daughter. The staff was efficient, professional and friendly! Check in was an easy process. Will definitely be back here for any future testing that is needed!!

My 2nd time here. Check in is always a breeze, everyone is polite, in and out fast. Today Consuela was done before I knew she started! She’s great, very gentle

This was the best visit I ever had to a Labcorp facility. Jennifer was very friendly. The wait time was short. The facility was very clean. The phlebotomist, Consuelo, was great, very caring and very knowledgeable.

Zero on the customer service scale. As they said behind the desk...they need a drink and it's 5 o'clock somewhere. Quote.

The receptionist is very rude, has a bad attitude. I was left waiting for 3 hours and was repeatedly told “please continue to hold” until the lights were turned off and the door locked. The staff in the back had no idea I was waiting because I wasn’t checked in. For 3 hours and multiple assurances from the receptionist. I returned today only to be met by the same receptionist who told me I was to wait. I finally waived down someone from the back to straighten things out. This woman shouldn’t be working here.

I received an email to be able to check in from my car, I was able to wait in my car and once they called me, Consuelo took me in right away. It took only 10 minutes. She was so sweet and it was so comfortable. Love to go places and see people that I can relate to and they love to do what they do. I will continue using their services in the future.

I came in today for an appointment that i scheduled a few days ahead for at 1:15. I arrived by 1 and was ready and waiting. Once my name was called I had to wait alongside this other woman who had difficulties with her files on her end and once she was done, I was told they did not have enough time for me. I had an get an H. plyorri test done and I understand it takes about 15 minutes, but I had expressed to them that I’m a college student and I left my class early today just to be there. They asked me to come back tomorrow but I said I have class from 7am to 7:30pm, so you can imagine I have a huge workload ahead of me on top of a bunch of medical issues. In the background, the staff member said “Well! Looks like i’m gonna have to find someone to get my kids!”, and I also heard someone say it was MY FAULT that they don’t have time. I understand staff wants to go home, I have a job too, but it would’ve been no more than an extra 5 minutes because by the time I was sent home it was 1:40. I was extremely frustrated and expressed my disappointment, but I assume I wasn’t being taken as seriously because I’m only 19. They sent me to another lab corp, which I did go to and got my test done. But that’s not the point. The point is this place is very unprofessional and rude, and no matter if you make an appointment or not, you’re not guaranteed to be seen, which in my opinion is ridiculous because people have lives and have to make time to come to these appointments. Especially when it’s something medical, you never know how important it could be. So yeah, that’s my first time going here and definitely my last. I would’ve given them a second chance if it weren’t for the rude woman with the black hair and tattoos on the background making a bigger deal out of it than i was, but i honestly don’t feel bad in the slightest.
