I took my grandma here they treated her badly she had bruises on one arm and asked them to go in her other arm and they didn't listen the couldnt get blood from that arm and had to go in the other arm anyway they acted like it was her fault for not drinking enough water when her doctor specifically told her that she was over hydrating and to slow down on her water intake.

I was there this morning. It was very crowded in that small little place and the lady that did my blood took it very fast and I now have a large hematoma and a large bruise on my arm and I do not take any blood thinners. I will never let her do my blood again. I will wait for the other woman. I’m speaking in reference to the Indian woman that was drawing blood this morning. I don’t know her name, but I think she was in a rush and my arm paid for it. I would rather go to Plaza Drive. So it’s been over a week and I still don’t have my results and my arm still looks like crap and of course LabCorp is not saying anything on this

This place is a disaster. Not sure who is running the show here, but clearly there is no competition. So many people waiting and upset with a staff that seems clueless about the situation presented to patients. After waiting over an hour I couldn't take it anymore, as people continued to pile into a room with no airflow or seating.
Gross incompetence and situational awareness.

Had 8am appt. Checked in at 735am. At 820am, went to window to inquire: I was told twice to "just sit down" TWICE by Varsha A, site coordinator .
Walked out as I had another appt. I WILL Folliwvup with Corporate.

8/12 7:00 Poor planning. Only two people working when they opened. Of course there is a line of people. This seems to be the case at most locations.

Longest wait of my life. Smallest waiting room . Really unfair to all the elderly people when there isn’t enough chairs . Not sure what’s going on with lab corp lately but horrible wait times

Labcorp patient for many years. Today Vilma M. did my draw. I have to say she is very professional my vein was found fast. Vilma M. is knowledgeable and I thank her for checking her computer and my credentials.

I visited this lab corp on mule road today. There was an elderly woman who needed help signing in since not everyone is good with technology. I assisted her but there was a glitch in the kiosk and it was not completing her check in. I have signed in using these tablets multiple times without an issue and I know how to use them. There was no line at the front desk, I asked the women behind the counter several times to assist us. She was just sitting there. She would not get out of her seat and help. She kept telling me I was doing it wrong. I said to her “can you please come over here and help us then” She didn’t. We were going back and fourth for several minutes. I re-attempted many times to help the women check in. All of the other people waiting to be seen were visibly upset and getting involved at this point. They told me they had similar experiences. The staff whose name tag read “coordinator” on it was very rude and unwilling to help. This was unprofessional and not an appropriate way to behave when you are expected to do your job and help those in need. This is the second time I have had an experience like this at this exact location on Mule Road in Toms River. I will not be returning to this location. I left and got my blood work done at the Oak Ave Toms River site. They were phenomenal and the staff were very helpful to those in need. There is a large elderly population in this area and if you lack the empathy and are unwilling to help them with technology then you should not be in this location or field.

The kiosks are not working and the front desk staff is extremely surly and obstreperous. They need need to have lessons in customer service and patient care. Don’t go to this location. The one in Bayville is much better.
