The woman in the front wearing a lab gown was nasty. you cannot ask a simple question. The young guy behind the desk was not accommodating . Both appeared to be in a bad mood.

The women working at this location are FANTASTIC! They deserve a raise after seeing what they deal with today. I needed routine blood work and I didn't have an appointment. I showed up at 6:35 to beat the line. Jokes on me...we all had the same idea! Haha. I didn't complain because I knew it needed done and it's my only opportunity and most importantly...my health! I could not believe the amount of angry people snickering with comments complaining in the waiting room. You don't have to be there, you should've made an appointment. Don't take it out on these ladies who are there to HELP you. They were all so kind and friendly despite catching so much grief. Thank YOU all for doing your job and being so patient with each person who was there today. We appreciate you and hope you get some more staff help soon.

This location is the rare few that open on Saturday. So the line starts outside the location before it open .nice to know that the doors will open on time . the people on staff will force everyone into the little waiting room so if you are worried about covid forget about it if someone has it you will catch it good luck thank you lab corp

Worst experience Ever. The kiosks don’t register in order, so people get lost in the order, and the boards that show where you are in the queue don’t function. The employees are overworked, as they are definitely short staffed. If you are unable to service walk in clients in a timely manner, then perhaps it should not be offered. (Another labcorp did that, which was why I actually ended up going to this one) After 90 minutes of watching people come and go (appointments and walk in alike) I asked for my script back and left. Fasting blood work will be skipped this time. I will never return to this office again.

I got an appointment online same day luckily
When I got there ,it was packed with people. I did check in , in the waiting room and was in and out in no time. The office ladies are very nice. I'm impressed

The billing lady was nice and explained things well. The phlebotomist seemed confused and unorganized. They're busy and rushed.

Very friendly, professional. I didn't have an appointment. They took me within 5mins. It was around 9am. Plus the nurse taking my blood made it very easy and relaxing.
