Very friendly, professional. I didn't have an appointment. They took me within 5mins. It was around 9am. Plus the nurse taking my blood made it very easy and relaxing.

This lap corp can use more help. The wait and sign in is long even being number 4 in line.

The billing lady was nice and explained things well. The phlebotomist seemed confused and unorganized. They're busy and rushed.

Awful. Every time I call they hang up on me. I’m trying to get information about glucose test and to see if they do it there. Why bother having a phone number if you hang up on the person.

You need to change your online hours they say 3pm but you show up around 2:30 and get sent on your way because your hours are not up to date

Arrived at 8 am at LabCorp and had to wait over 15 min just to sign in as only 1 out of 3 check-in computers were working. Sadly, most of the elderly had no idea had to sign in and scan their documents. The waiting room was full and there was no spot to sit. Was there with my elderly aunt getting her bloodwork drawn after a recent hospital discharge (ICU) for Diabetic ketoacidosis. Having had to fast since 6 pm the night before her blood sugar was 38 and dangerously low. The staff was curt and rude when asked if she could be seen soon or if we would have to leave as she was faint, sweaty, and shaky. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do, and the wait was at a minimum of an hour. Her tone was rude and dismissive not only to me but to most of the people in the waiting room. On top of taking the morning off from work to take my aunt, we had to leave after 1/2 hour in fear she would go into a diabetic danger zone. There needs to be a better system in place in situations like this! Increase your staff, get your computer systems working, and more importantly train your staff on compassion and common courtesy in dealing with the elderly and their specific needs. Our experience in your facility was substandard at best and the waiting room & bathroom were in need of a good cleaning.

today i had an appointment at 10; 15am , i was put in room 1#, i told the girl that i wanted stephanie to take my blood, because my vains are hard to find, but she would not listen to me and forced a needle into my arm in the wrong place, and my arm got very swollen in that place. i yelled and stephanie came in and know problem, this girl named alice should be reprimanded for not following my request, this is so sad when people like this think they know it all

I brought my special needs daughter for blood work. No one has been able to take blood from her. Not even ER pediatric nurses in the hospital. She needed four vials of blood which I figured was going to be impossible. Kimberly got her on the first try and was able to get all four vials! She was patient and so nice to her. You are my hero Kimberly!

Had an appointment scheduled this past Saturday and was in and out in no time. Being able to start the check in process from my phone was great and I didn't feel a thing. Lab tech was super friendly.
