Where to begin? My first Hyundai Accent from them was great. I'd add half a star if I could.I went back and bought the first 2021 Elantra N-Line in the state. While I love the car, the problems and the service from the dealership have been pretty horrible.First I will say our sales guy Dave was great and they gave us a very fair price on the car. It was downhill from this point on.It was on a Saturday we had to wait roughly five hours to get someone to do the paper work to buy the car. By then it was night, they were closing, we were rushed out, and the car was black. Before I even I got home I stopped at a 7/11 and noticed a dent in the molding around the driver side window. I called within fifteen minutes of leaving to to tell them. A few days later they got back to me and acted like they would be very helpful. I bring the car in and now the manager states its my problem not theirs since I left the lot. I ended up negotiating splitting the $250 fee for another $125 for the repair. I had to take the car in around four times before they finally fixed it because of mistakes. Even though that was terrible service I would of left it at that if not for the following terrible problems that followed.I bought the car in the winter, in the summer I finally started using the sun roof. I realized bright light would bring out the big scratches that take up the entire plastic piece that covers the temperature controls. You can tell it's behind the plastic because you can't feel them, some are perfect circles, there are no other scratches in that area, and I never did anything besides lightly wipe it with a damp cloth, there is no way I caused these deep scratches. It's like someone used sand paper. You can't see the scratches when it's dark, there's shade, or when it had the protective plastic over it when I bought the car. Even the original service writer stated he's never seen anything like it. Of course the first time they gave me the run around, but the second time they just flat out refused to help me with a clear manufacturing defect. Remember I paid almost $30K for this car brand new and it should have been perfectYou'd be mistaken to think it ends here. Since I bought the car the front passenger door will make a whistling sound that fills the entire cabin they cannot seem to fix after multiple times. This one is tricky because it doesn't always happen so I'll give them a small pass. However, I still can't believe they haven't been able to fix or find it yet, it's like they literally put zero effort into trying. I hear it almost every day especially if it's windy. I know it's the plastic between the door panel and the door.Now there has been condensation or something similar that's forming in front of the front camera and will eventually obstruct it's view. They also started they 'can't do nothing about'. Really they can't take the camera off and wipe it down?Two of these issues I'd fix myself, but don't want to give them a reason to try to void my warranty at this rate.It's also developed a squeeky AC fan and a loud engine belt when cold, but I haven't even mentioned those because at the point it seems pointless to ask them to do anything except take my money for minimum work.I love my Elantra N-Line. If it wasn't for these issues it would be my favorite car ever. I'd probably upgrade to the N or similar next, but if i do.. If these problems still remain it won't be from here. Plus I'll make sure everyone know about this dealership. I'm trying to be understanding, but it's been years and no results. Plus I never complained about one issue with my Accent so it's not like I'm a habitual complainer. My dad also just bought a car from here a few months ago and now I'm starting to wish he didn't because God forbid he has any problems. You'd think they want to make a multiple repeat customer happy, but I guess not.

The customer service is top notch. I had an issue/mix up and the team at this dealership could not have handled it better.

Brought my car in to sell it through Kelly Blue Book. John the sales associate was kind and fair. Was able to get in and out quickly with a fair selling price!

BEWARE…They should be arrested!!! Biggest rip off by mechanics for unnecessary costly repairs! They should be fired! Wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for repairs took to an honest mechanic and said car had NONE of the problems for repair listed by Lester Glenn!!!

Lindsay service rep is very rude and dishonest. I don't like to be lied too about price and when you go there is a $900 up charge. Plus she went ahead and did something on the vehicle without my final approval and never signed any papers to do so. Plus the service mngr john gold was no help either he agreed with her, she was right and I was wrong which I understand why they do it because they make commission , bonus on the total on every customer too.Beside I was a long time customer to the service and bought cars from them they don't care about repeat customer anymore.This is my last visit to the dealership and service center no matter what because it left a bad taste in our mouth, so bewareGet everything in writing before they do the work.

If I can put no star at all, I would do it but that's the least I can do....... anyway its not about the star but it's about their service... itSUCKsssss !!!!!!!! We're a regular costumer and bought couple of cars in Lester Glenn , and my family was happy in their service all those years.... but recently my husband took the SUV in their service center for the alternator and other service (LINDSAY the rude service rep) told him the price, but when time came to pick up the car its totally different price....and take note the price was totally high than what she said in the beginning,JOHN GOLD the service manager called the next morning and didnt help at all, don't want to hear our side.... He just agreed w/ LINDSAY, he basically says that we are the liars.....We're thinking to buy a new car next month, but for what we have experienced in Lester Glenn now, we rather shop somewhere else......

Frank was incredibly rude to my husband today. I called earlier to inquire about a vehicle and was told by Caitlin (without having asked) that the price on that particular vehicle was negotiable. My husband then went to check out the car, which smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.The supervisor asked if my husband was happy with the price, and my husband asked if they could come down a little. Frank said, “Of course he’s not happy with the price.” Apparently he was frustrated because my husband had inquired about the smoke smell and had asked if we could get the car independently inspected.Later, Frank came back with the paperwork and said, “I have a job to do and I know I won’t be selling you a car today, so let’s get this over with.” My husband asked to speak to his supervisor, who apologized if there was any “bad blood." That's it.This dealership was abominably rude and disrespectful to my visibly Jewish husband. We will be taking the $23,000 that we came with to someone who actually wants it.

All I can say is, they were great. Anything that could go wrong in the process did and they just helped me through. I will definitely shop there again.

I went in to buy a car with my husband and the team at Lester Glenn were fantastic. Louis Cerrato was personable and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience great for us. We would highly recommend him. Craig DiBella; General Manager was also amazing. Thank YOU guys for making us buying our car a bearable and pleasant experience. We will be back, when we need our next car.

I experienced zero follow up from the sales team, which culminated in them selling the car we were working on purchasing (with no notice, courtesty call etc) while I was at a funeral. No one followed up to tell me they did this, so when I went to go click on the link to finalize my financials, it was just gone. Communication was incredibly poor and the response posted is complete BS. This transaction had nothing to do with terms.This is particularly unfortunate because the sales team was kind and I thought I was having a pretty pleasant experience until the deceitful end. Will absolutely not return, and would not recommend.
