I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Lester Glenn GMC. I traded in my leased 2020 Chevy Silverado for a CPO GMC Sierra 1500. While I much rather lease, due to the current climate of the market, the prices were extremely out of budget. When I was looking at the vehicle, I found some scratches on the (L) front bumper. Per the Manager, Jerry he stated they would fix it for me. With that promise, I ended up purchasing the vehicle. To make this really long story short, two weeks went by and I went in to pick up my plates. I asked them when they would be scheduling the bumper repair in which they more or less eluded to that they forgot to put the we owe in. A week later my truck was brought in for my tow mirrors failing, and the bumper. I picked up my truck that day, the bumper on my truck looked spray painted and my mirrors which they stated were fixed, were still not working. I immediately went in and spoke with Jerry who came to look at my truck. He advised me to come back during the day and speak with the service manager. I brought my truck back ANOTHER time to show them the bumper, and again have my mirrors fixed. Ultimately the second time they had to order the mirrors and told me to bring the truck back once the mirrors were in for the bumper. I came back a THIRD time. They put me in a loaner, said the truck would be done by EOD. I came back in and my bumper was not even touched. The service advisor told me prior to coming in, "bumper looks great, trucks good to go." It wasn't. I again expressed my dissatisfaction and once again, Jerry told me he would call me Monday and have the truck scheduled AGAIN for repair. Two weeks went by, no call. I drove to the dealer and asked what the hold up was in which Jerry the manager stated, "he forgot". They scheduled me for Tuesday 11/29 at 8a. I dropped my truck off, had my fiancée pick up me and by 4p I heard nothing. I was dropped back off at the dealer and my truck was no where to be found. I asked my service advisor where my truck was and he said, "let me check its status." Again to make a long story short, they sent it to a body shop and it wouldn't be done until Friday. They were able to get me into a loaner however all of my belongings were left in the truck because I was told this would be done by EOD. Again, no communication. My truck was literally sent away without notifying me at all, and I didn't have my stuff for work. I expressed my frustration again, and the service manager Mike was very aware. He offered to grab my stuff from my truck however, it was my work equipment and I'd rather not have anyone handling it. The next day I drove to their Lester Glenn collision center. Asked if I can pick up my belongings from my truck. Come to find out, my truck isn't there. When the receptionist called GMC, the advisor stated, "I don't even know why she's there". Also stated they would not tell me where the truck was and told me to drive back to GMC. Once I got there, I met with the GM Craig, and SM Mike. Per Craig, he bad no idea about this until I wrote my initial review. Which I deleted because I appreciated his help yesterday. Until today. Yesterday they told me my truck was in Lakewood, but refused to state which body shop. I turned the GPS on in my truck and found it at MAACO in Lakewood. Another cheap alternative done to my truck. The comments today from Craig were that I am making this a bigger deal than it needs to be however I'm spending over $800 on a truck. This isn't their truck, nor their money. If they were going to go the cheap route from the beginning I would of never let them touch my truck. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. Such actions not only violate the trust between a customer and a dealership but also raise serious concerns about the quality of service provided. Buyers, STAY AWAY. This is just a little piece of this nightmare dealership but unfortunately Google limited my review.

It was my first time in the dealership as we had moved into our beach house from up North. I met with Kyle Petty he was excellent in helping me through questions I had about the maintenance plan. He said to contact him with any questions I might have. Overall I’d say I left feeling it was a very good experience.

Just picked up and brought home a car for my grandson. Edward was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. In fact all the personnel we met with were helpful and pleasant. The vehicle was fairly priced and the even assisted with a temporary late to take the car our of state. very satisfied, thanks..

In all my years of buying Cars, this was the most pleasant experience. Salesman Mike Amarando was great, no pressure in purchasing car. All staff members involved in the process shown true professionalism, they are all a asset to Lester Glenn Buick and GMC dealership.

From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of. I had reached out in hopes of test driving a prospective vehicle and the manager, Anita, responded immediately and was able to accommodate my schedule in order to get in to drive the car. The sales representative, Tommy Bowen, was wonderful to work with, he was professional, considerate and listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions. He worked directly with me to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the outcome of the meeting and never felt pressured or pushed in any way. This was truly appreciated since I do not enjoy being rushed into a big decision. I was given the opportunity to speak with the financial advisor, Gregg Harris whom was a pleasure to work with as well. He and I worked out a plan that worked for me and my vehicle and still stayed under my budget. I’d like to mention, Craig, one of the managers came over to me and approved the offer we were able to come up. He was very easy to work with and understanding of my situation as he has daughters as well. I will recommend everyone to go to this dealership because of how easy my experience was, and the treatment was outstanding.

General manager Craig A. Dibella, Sales Mike Amarando and General sales manager Jerry Taylor are outstanding. Their professionalism, care, customer service, attention, customer friendly courtesy and courtesy was excellent. They were took the time to listen and understand my bad vehicle situation and find a way to help me and put me in a better situation. They also advise and gave me knowledge when purchasing a new vehicle. I recommend anyone who have a bad car situation or bad car to to go to Lester Glenn Buixk GMC. They will do their best to help you.

Was In the area on vacation and needed service before returning home. Lester Glenn was able to get it done for me the very next day. The service was done professionally and in a timely manner. My vehicle has a recall that my local dealer says they have been waiting for the part going on 2 years now. Mike the service manager offered to do the recall for me, but I couldn't stay for the length of time it would take to do the work needed.Thanks for doing my service with such a short notice.George A Bussiere Jr

This is my second personal experience with Lester Glenn and it was as positive as the first. I feel that as long as I am in this area Lester Glenn will always be my first choice to do business with because of the positive way I am treated and the professionalism of the staff.I convinced my wife (who dealt with another dealership) to try Lester Glenn and she has also had very positive interactions so I am very comfortable recommending Lester Glenn.

Bill Peak and Mike Hawkes were very kind and professional in helping me get my daughters car air conditioning fixed. They treated me with respect and courtesy even though I was in distress and not behaving at my best. The job was done in expert fashion. I am grateful for them and for the Lester Glenn Buick Service Department Team.

My issue was never addressed, so I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation but I left with not only that but my dash cam disconnected. The dash cam was installed for my protection not sure why your technician would disconnect and not reconnect it upon returning the vehicle to me. It is a simple thing but if something were to happen that the camera footage could protect me I would be at a loss because of your technician. Then I doubt you would accept liability for the incident. I called asking for an explanation and your staff has yet to return my call. Not sure why it is so difficult to let the customer know that you disconnected there dash cam. But here we are it is now Tuesday still no call, no apology, no explanation, no compensation for my stress. Do better if you are going to do something extra let me know I don’t care just return the vehicle in the manner that it was received. Experiences like this lose long term customer.

Thank you for your response. What you failed to mention in your description of my experience was that I was advised by my salesman to leave the vehicle in the "auto" mode for the 4wd. After the part failed, the service manager informed me that leaving the 4wd system in auto mode "shreds" the transfer case. Additionally, the part fails so frequently that no new ones are available for purchase. GM knows about both the transfer case issue and the brake lights. The part where you "offered to split the cost" with me came from a partial extension of the special coverage offered by GM, not the dealership. I simply do not feel its fair for me to have to pay for these things on a vehicle because it is not my fault that either part failed. One part was made poorly, and the other failed due to incorrect information from the dealership. I am happy to discuss this more and would like the dealerships assistance in fixing the 4wd system. I have called and left 3 messages, no one returns my phone calls. I'm not sure this is how we should communicate, but so be it. Please call me.

My experience was exceptional! Everyone was fantastic. A huge thank you to Lou Cerrato who spent 2 days with me! He felt like family after 5 minutes. He doesn’t know it yet, but he’s invited to our BBQ!

Everyone was very attentive. They made us feel welcome. They answered all our questions, even repeated answers they already gave us. Gave us the best options for us. I would definitely come to Lester Glenn dealership again.

Everything was perfect until the staff members including ×××× who sits in the 2nd finance office began to complain about Juneteenth being a holiday. Please educate your staff not only about Juneteenth being somewhat equivalent to independence day for African Americans but also about discussing your personal/political feelings as it may offend some paying/loyal customers.Update: I did promptly receive a follow up call from the manager today.
