Oh where to start! I brought a family member's vehicle to be repaired on 12/29/23. When we arrived around 1pm we spoke to Jeannie who informed us that we would need to complete a walk around with Bill before we left the car for repairs. We were happy to do so. He noted any damage that was done to the vehicle not related to the collision. A small ding in the driver's side door and a small scratch near the top of the vehicle. All other damage was caused by the accident and was located on the front left bumper, hood, and headlight. When Bill called the family member to let them know the car was ready, he mentioned a road chip in the windshield that had gotten worse while in their possession. Odd, considering we walked the car with him when the vehicle was dropped off and no "road chip" had been mentioned or noted. Imagine my surprise when we arrive to pick up the car on 1/26 to discover a large crack that spanned half the length of the windshield and a claim that “they didn’t do it.”I wouldn’t have even cared if they just acknowledged the damage and offered to make it right to begin with but instead, we had to run every single scenario about how it wasn’t their fault:1. A road chip can be made worse by the heat in the paint shop (Well, you are the car repair experts, shouldn’t you have paid special attention to any potential risks of further damage? Bill should have inspected the windshield thoroughly and made us aware that a tiny chip could be made worse. I am no expert, but I would imagine a little filler would be a lot cheaper than a whole new windshield).2. The crack was already there (But wasn’t noted on the intake form they completed?)Eventually, I asked to speak to the manager as I was not going to get anywhere with Bill as he is too busy spending his time talking over women. Andrew informed me that he was the one to discover this crack hours before we were set to pick up the vehicle. I explained to him what is explained above to which he agreed to replace the windshield. I believed this was the resolution to the issue. Just when I thought they had redeemed themselves, Andrew calls the family member to inform them of the their newly discovered smoking gun evidence that the crack was indeed there upon drop-off! In fact, they had photographic evidence of the crack under a layer of snow taken the day the car was dropped off on 12/29/23. The only problem is it did not snow the day the car was dropped off. They told me they submitted the windshield damage to the insurance company to see if they would pay! And alluded to the fact that we would have to pay if they would not.I once again explained that in my photographs, which were taken for the insurance did not show a crack, the crack was not indicated on the original estimate, or on the intake form. I instructed Andrew to not install the new windshield they had rushed to get until it was straightened out. I told him we were unwilling to pay for a new windshield because all evidence pointed to the fact that no crack was on the windshield upon drop off.Ultimately, they installed the new windshield and did not charge us. My negative feelings is the lack of professionalism, gaslighting and back and forth that we had to endure before they did the right thing. They most likely would have convinced my family member to take the car without repairing it as they are older and not always willing to be confrontational.

Had my truck repaired at the collision center I had a couple concerns that needed to be corrected on the work performed Marissa was great to deal with and had all my concerns resolved promptly she is a pleasure to deal with and takes care of any issues without a problem

Marissa gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She was professional, yet I felt she was an “old” friend that was looking out for me. She handled my needs starting with the estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner. When picking up the vehicle she brought it to me and reviewed the work together.The rest of the office staff also deserves kudos. The work was excellent.We are happy to recommend Lester Glenn Collision center to anyone needing that type of work.

Marissa Santiago took care of my car (and me) not only in a professional manner but also with a demeanor which gave me confidence my fairly new car would be as good as new. Her information on the initial collision was spot on, and as she warned, additional work needed to be completed upon a more involved inspection of the damage. Even her time frame for the completion date was correct. There was hesitation on my part to take the car to the dealership repair shop, as State Farm encouraged me to take it elsewhere - to shops "within their program". I was advised that a dealership "could" have much higher costs; thereby, costing the insured money over and above their deductible. Lester Glenn Collision Center's charges were COMPLETELY covered (minus my deductible) by State Farm, with no questions asked. I highly recommend this collision center as well as their agent, Marissa Santiago when and if you are in need of a repair.

Very unprofessionals working there, Adjustors letting ins adjustors come & go without any direction or compliance, advising customers incorrect procedures an COSTING customers aggravation and extended time and money without there cars... with no care... Truly one of the worse businesses I've ever had to Deal with im extremely unsatisfied

They called and said my car was fixed and to mu surprise when I picked it up they did not fix all the problems from my accident. I was told the technician didn't know to look there. They also said I had a clicking in my steering wheel but it was not fixed. Bill and Andy never apologized or owned up to there error. We had to miss multiple days of work because we still had no car.i wouldn't give them any stars at all for there unprofessionalism. I question if they truly fixed my car for the items they said they fixed.

I'm so very pleased with my experience with Lester Glenn Collision. They fixed my car in a timely manner and worked with my insurance company to pay for the repairs less my deductible, as well as setting up a rental car. The repair is impeccable. They washed my car's exterior and cleaned the interior including the windows. They even filled the window wash reservoir which was empty. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Collision!
