In a moment of desperation and distress, Life Storage was a rainbow in a dark cloud! We ran into trouble with our move and at the last minute needed to put our belongings in storage. They were awesome-found me a unit the size and location I needed immediately.
The process was so smooth-and the customer service is amazing. The site manager called and checked in with me twice to make sure everything was okay.
I am really impressed.

MICE PROBLEM!!! my unit had mice droppings and pee all over everything and when I called up all they said was for me to submit a claim. First off things in that unit are there because they are sentimental and irreplaceable. It's not about the money it's the principle that by paying for insurance my things are supposed to be kept safe. This place is horrible. They didn't even say they would do anything about the mice problem!

They truly care about their customers. I recommend using Life Storage to anyone in need of utilizing a storage facility.

Michael and Gina, the front desk employees, were super friendly, efficient, and accommodating when helping me set up my storage unit. Also, the facility is nice, I feel safe and comfortable holding my things here.
