Absolutely deplorable store! Nothing is organized or priced correctly. It takes 20 minutes to checkout because the cashiers need to find the correct price, and it's not their fault.. The store manager should be reevaluated for his position. The only capable employees seem to be in the lumber end of the building. I will not shop here again.

Long post but good information to have because Lowes fails to make consumers aware of their store policy.
When purchasing any christmas items from Lowe's they are not returnable unless returned before christmas. Meaning if you purchase a Christmas tree or any other items with lights etc and they are faulty, you immediately must take down and return to store otherwise you are stuck with it. My mistake was thinking that I had the tree up and decorated and I would just throw on a set if lights on the section of the tree that the light went out and return after Christmas because 1, the inventory was low, 2nd because the tree had already been decorated and 3, I needed to inconvenience a family member to transport the tree back because it did not fit in my vehicle. Lowe's return policy on Christmas items is not acceptable. Even if It was purchased two days before christmas and you wanted to return, you cannot. No 30, 60 or 90 days return policy. I will NEVER buy any of my Christmas decorations or trees from Lowes. Trust me you think that Lowe's and Home depot are similar because they Carry similar items. The businesses are not comparable. I will only be shopping at Home Depot moving forward especially for Christmas decorations.

I am rewriting this review. Michael the install person who was out sourced by lowes was terrible, but Anthony who came the following week was fast, awesome, helpful and I would use him again. I do not blame Lowes on the first install person as some folks have a bad day, but Lowes addressed it and resolved the issue. I am again a happy customer

They are the only lowes store that will not sell sold out displays even when everything else is discounted they choose to call it damage and get full credit from vendor rather then selling to customer 😉 .F&F ONLY
They have display out saying last one for everyone to see 👀 pro tip: if it is damaged then get it away from (main entrance of store) customers before someone gets injured.

Half the time I find what I want it's either on line item or have shipped from New Brunswick or NY. Last item I went to Home Depot.

Terrible customer service. Spent 1hr and 20 min just trying to talk to some one on the phone and when someone finally answered she gave me an attitude and made it seem like i was an inconvenience and interrupted her conversation she was having. Spend your money elsewhere.

My most recent trip was to the Garden Center. Everywhere I looked I saw dead or very neglected plants. Almost all of the plants where in severe need of water. Fruit trees costing over a 100.00 were all wilted... I guess that's commercialism. Better to let plants die than to just have a super sale when things start going south and just blame it on the vendors. The same vendors charging 3.99 for a lettuce plant.

This store doesn't have all I need for drywall. I have issues here at least once every few visits. Not to mention their carts are half way out in the parking lot soaked when it rains, not like they have a big awning you can park under :-/

I enjoy the lumber isle they have a wide varriety of delicious plywood to eat, the cement bags are a very fun weightlifitng activity. I dont like being there 4 hours aday because of reasons but the place is air conditioneded

Lowe’s in Tom’s River could not possibly be more incompetent. They have delivered the incorrect color pavers to my house THREE TIMES. Getting in touch with them has been a nightmare. Constantly being redirected to a different line and hung up on. No one seems to care or has any time to resolve the issue. Always saying they will get back to me, but never actually getting back to me. Completely a disgrace.
