I prefer to shop online and have delivered to my house. This store looks like a bargain basement. It's very sad to walk through it as it is nothing like it was back in the day.

I was there with my mom,she is handicap, on oxygen, we buying shoes for her on 2nd floor, the women who working there right front of us became explain second sale person something, I ask for help,and she say: I don't call you yet,you have to wait..I told her my mom oxygen almost gone and she was don't care..it's ridiculous! We went on the first floor and a nice man helped us and he said sorry we have to experience that..

Staffing very light in the cosmetics section but to be fair, customer traffic is almost non-existent.

Macy's used to be a great go too store.but they lowered there standers, an there cloths.they are turning there stores into bargin stores . I will shop online but I don't like going to there stores anymore.
