“I must say my doctors love your turn around time with blood work but the problem is they never heard of you . You need to open up in new revitalizing areas the Jersey Shore . Belmar new buildings going up,Bradley Beach Avon,Spring Lake . There are so many Doctors and walk in urgent care you would be doing these towns a great justice we only have Neptune lab Core which is horrible Manaquan also not the greatest and to tell you the truth I don't know where quest is . Jersey shore hospital is 10-15 minutes from these areas . I think you have great team members and especially Belmar could use one . When I met her she was single-handedly dealing with clients at the front desk ( Labcorp, get her some help during workers’ lunch breaks!). I mentioned this to the woman who drew my blood—her name is Zorka—and she could not have been more kind and reassuring..She took my hand, smiled warmly, and told me I was in good hands and that she would take care of me—and she absolutely did. That simple gesture made a world of difference. Despite it being early the waiting room was already packed, and they were dealing with computer issues on top of it all. Even so, she appeared to handle everything calmly and professionally without letting the stress show..Her compassion and gentle manner turned what is usually a very nerve-wracking experience for me into something much more manageable. I’m truly grateful and will definitely be asking for her by name the next time I need bloodwork.”
