“I must say my doctors love your turn around time with blood work but the problem is they never heard of you . You need to open up in new revitalizing areas the Jersey Shore . Belmar new buildings going up,Bradley Beach Avon,Spring Lake . There are so many Doctors and walk in urgent care you would be doing these towns a great justice we only have Neptune lab Core which is horrible Manaquan also not the greatest and to tell you the truth I don't know where quest is . Jersey shore hospital is 10-15 minutes from these areas . I think you have great team members and especially Belmar could use one . Thank you for your great service my doctors think your very organized . I would open another Med labs in the Jersey Shore area . Thank you again for your kind service.”

“My doctor's office sent over an incorrect code for my vitamin D test. I signed electronically my consent to incur the cost. Which turned out to be $250. I went back after calling my doctor's office; they gave me a confusing answer. But once the two spoke it was all cleared up. They took me back in and relabeled all my samples before being sent out. No charge. Easy appointment scheduling. Overall positive experience.”

“I always go hear for bloodwork because they are the best! I have deep veins and Labcorp will stab me about a half a dozen times before they tell me to leave and drink more water. I always drink a ridiculous amount of water before I go to get bloodwork but they just say come back.”

“Although I had trouble getting an appointment time I wanted I did chose to walk in and take my chances at a long wait time. I checked in on the kiosk, opted to wait in my car. Within 2 min of getting to car I received the text to come in for blood draw. While speaking with the woman at the front desk 2 men, at 2 different times came to the window and proceeded to be harsh and nasty to the woman trying to process my paperwork for the draw. One man was in the wrong office and the other had wrong paperwork but the woman at the counter( let's call her Pat) was unwavering in her professionalism and quickly showed them the error of their ways. Wrong office guy kept up the sparky comments all the way out the door. She's a better person than me. Idk if I would put up with that all day, which she says happens. I'm sure it does too, in my 5 min total in the bldg I witnessed 2 verbal assaults on Pat who was just doing her job. Her stick wasn't bad either. Cudos to you at the front desk for handling both situations professionally.”
