Medical Mall Pharmacy is a great local family business and a gem in Toms River. It is not a large chain pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens or Rite Aid, so customers are not just a number. The pharmacy is known for its super friendly, very helpful, kind, patient, and accommodating employees. Everyone is customer service oriented, courteous, and always has a smile. They provide marvelous personal service, individual attention, and treat people with respect. They know their business and their customers by name. They make sure customers always have everything they need, with prompt deliveries that make life easier. Refills are handled efficiently, and it is easy to talk to someone helpful without a long wait. The personal touch and thoughtfulness are commendable.
Great pharmacy. Tushar the head pharmacist and the lady Lisa that works the register are so helpful and nice. Never a problem when I get my medications from here.
